They gave us a window of time, showed up timely, ready to go and were so friendly. They pretty much took care of everything, only thing you need to provide is water hookup for their equipment. They did fantastic job and got nearly all of the deep foot traffic stains out of the rug. I do see from other reviews, they had a follow up text or call the day before, and the day of introducing their employee and arrival time.....I didn't have that experience.
