Mines is pretty high-maintenance but she always guides you on how to style yourself so that you look good every day not just after your hair appointment! The stylists are independent contractors but the person who answered the phone gave me a couple of stylist names & numbers to call. Kayana was able to get me in on the day that I requested. Although there was a little mix-up on the time, she apologized and went right to work. She was very friendly and professional throughout the appointment. I just wanted a color touch-up and her prices were more reasonable than some of the other stylists I had checked out. She did a very thorough job coloring my hair and I felt like it was more of a full color rather than just a touch up! She utilized a new type of Paul Mitchell coloring product that processes in 10 min as opposed to 30 min. Wow, I'm on board with that! Afterwards she dried my hair using a hair brush dryer (the double shot by Drybar) and my hair looked like I just had a blow out! I was so impressed with that dryer that I went on Amazon and bought one right after my appointment. The salon is located in the Koko Marina shopping plaza, close to Zippy's and across from the old theater. Plenty of parking is available in the shared lot. The salon itself is clean and spacious.
