They make great Margaritas, guacamole and chips. Keeping in mind that the majority of the patrons were not Mexican or Latino, I assume that the food was milder to accommodate their palates. Entrees were good, but in my opinion slightly lacked spice and seasoning. I tried the Casa Blanca combo. The rice was phenomenal. The rest of the dish was good. My wife had the 7 seas soup. She said it was very tasty and the seafood was plentiful. Customer service is excellent. Jaime and Roberto were always smiling, professional and very attentive. Cleanliness: A Décor and ambiance was good. My only suggestion would be to slightly turn up the lighting. Prices were fair. Parking was plentiful. read more

What a treat! Hubby and I went for dinner the other night and WOW! We will for sure be back. We walked in and the place is super cute. You almost feel like you're in someone's home. We got the Cadillac margarita for 2, and by far one of the best margaritas I've ever tasted. The chips and salsa were also very good. They made fresh tortillas right there and they melt in your mouth. I had the carnitas which was very good, and hubby had the Puerto Nuevo style lobster which was AMAZING. We were too stuffed to eat dessert but got an order of churros to go. We went home, digested for an hour and then tried the churros. They had a delicious cream filling. La Casa Blanca has been our go to Mexican food restaurant for a few years now. We always have great food and great service. Our only complaint was that it is so small inside! This place was awesome. My girlfriend and I tried this place for the first time today and it was way more than we expected.the buffet variety was quite extensive and fresh and delicious. The tortillas were hand made right in front of us and the mimosas were delicious. Oscar and Cesar made us feel right at home and were quick to build a good rapport. We visited early Saturday afternoon for lunch. The service was great; our waiter was attentive. The lady making tortillas was pleasant--the tortillas were great. Margaritas were very good--not super sweet. Three of us shared a build your own taco platter. This was a large platter with four types of meats, sour cream, guacamole. The meats were all good. The pork was a little fatty, and we did have to pick out those pieces. We each had two tacos and took home enough meat for at least four more tacos. Great deal. read more

Nothing special, just the same mexican food you can get at thousands of taco joints around town. I definitely won't eat here again. Ordered the chile Colorado burrito , the red sauce was puree tomatoes not red chilies, could have put it on pasta and called it spaghetti. It was full of pork but they also had cheese inside which I don't like with pork. Also ordered a chile relleno it would have been good except that it was deep fried in rancid grease & now 5 hours later I'm still belch up the nasty old grease taste. Ver disappointed in our meal the food use to be great . Maybe a new owner . Chili relleno looked and tasted like it had tomato sauce on it , enchiladas sauce tasted canned . Table for 2 the other night for dinner... Discovered this via a Groupon. We would definately go back! It's a quaint, small restaurant with an authentic vibe. right next to the Charcoal House. Freshly made corn fortillas delivered to the table. Salsa was good.. not too hot, not too bland. Hubby had the Chicken Vera Cruz and raved about it. I had the mexican style scampi, and while it was very good..the shrimp could have been bigger (they were kind of lost nuggets in the sea of delicious butter garlic sauce). Also if a side of beans had come with the shrimp meal it would feel more complete. Margaritas come in 3 sizes... 'regular, large, and extra large' and were good. If you love Mexican food and little hole in the walls this is the spot! They have a nice salsa but if you like it SPICY/HOT... I recommend trying their Hot Sauce. One of our favorites! It's a cute little (and I mean little) place. We came for my Aunts birthday dinner. The staff was very friendly and the food came out very fast. The only con I would have to say is out for the 6 of us that we're there I was the only one who didn't truly enjoy the food, I got the chicken enchiladas and they were very bland. They say dynamite comes in small packages. This place is small but the buffet kicks major butt. You have authentic Mexican food, rice beans, enchiladas, eggs in salsa verde; as well as fresh fruit and desserts. Went in on Friday night around 7:00 -7:30 and were seated immediately. People began finishing up and clearing out so there were open tables. It appeared to be different people working here than usual. Service was very slow...took 30 minutes until we had our food. Once we got it, the food was not up to the usual quality. As I walked in the store, I wasn't greeted or anything. Most restaurants you walk in & get greeted right away. Instead, all of the employees were talking to each other rather than taking care of their customers. Then I decided to sit down & try to ignore what happened. 10 minutes later, the waiter walked up to me & my friends & asked if we were ready to order. No menus given or anything. He didn't even bother asking if we wanted water or something to drink. Also how are we supposed to order with no menus in front of us. So we asked him for the menus and he brought some out. Customers shouldn't have to ask for menus to order off of. Then as we ordered, he still didn't ask if we wanted a drink. Or even chips and salsa. Then I saw other customers walk in after us & were greeted as well as seated. They were also given menus. Then I saw him walking with a basket of chips thinking it was for us but it was for the customers who had walked way after me. Then he finally brought out our chips. I felt very disrespected so my friends & I walked out rather than deal with that type of customer service. Then the waiter walked out after us and said "never come back here again" as if we did something wrong. Worst service ever. Places like this should get shut down. No greetings, no menus, not even water. You should definitely work on your customer service. Never coming back here again. If I could give them 0 stars, I would with no hesitation.
