The manager for Pasha, Tony, and I agreed that my watch was being sent out to be serviced by an authorized Rolex service technician and that he was not doing the work himself. That was clearly the stated agreement. After getting my watch back, I had to go back multiple times to ask for the watch to be fixed properly and also to get the promised paperwork from the authorized Rolex service technician. Only to be told then by Tony himself that he did the work on my watch. My watch never worked properly and he would not refund the $1,300 he charged me. Not a typo on the $1,300... If you are reading this, I would check the other 1 star ratings for yourself. Hope this helps someone!

After inspecting the ring, Sam the owner was confident he could restore it to its original condition and offered a very reasonable estimate. The ring was ready in 6 days. When I came in to pick it up, Sam had an almost excited look on his face as he prepared me for the big reveal. You could tell how proud he was with the final product. As he took the ring out of the bag, my face lit up - I could not believe how beautiful it was. It genuinely looked every bit as good as the day I had bought it. Blue Diamond is family! Our connection to Kali and Blue Diamond started with my sister and her now husband. My sister's husband had a vision for a custom-made engagement ring for my sister. And Kali delivered! She helped design a stunner ring for my sister. My mom then got interested and redesigned her own ring with Kali. Again, showstopper! She designed a beautiful ring and family and friends still comment to me on how beautiful my mom's ring is. Then, my turn! My fiancé at the time knew he had to go with Kali and Blue Diamond given how well they treated the rest of my family. Kali took my fiance's limited knowledge on what I wanted in a ring (to be fair, I didn't know either!) and planned for months on my engagement ring - all without me knowing! Let me tell you, I was shocked when I saw my ring shining in a special lighted box in New Orleans! Kali and my fiancé at the time did so well. Kali then did my cousin and her fiance's engagement ring and wedding bands. So special Kali is so deep into my family! When it came down to our wedding day, Kali took care of us! She touched base with us often, reminding us of ideal timelines to ensure our wedding bands would be ready in time. She diligently worked with me, having no vision of rings, suggesting "dainty" and "darling" looks I was trying to go for. Once we decided, Kali kept me posted through texts, including when the wax mold arrived to try on my finger and my actual band arrived. When we arrived, Kali got our rings in order. Damn what can I say to Blue Diamond Jeweler the name says it all. When I walked into blue diamond I felt a blue aura that felt like god was there, he was of course but I was conscious he was there. Sara is creative, caring, loving and a gifted spirit that can fix and recommend the right piece for you but only if you're heart is open. she is brilliant and talented. She once fixed a ring that was dear to me that I bent out of shape badly! By opening up a beer bottle with it imagine that! It was all bent out of shape and I needed that ring for protection and I took it to her and she didn't even meet me the day I walked in there to see my hands or anything but I trusted this place with my ring. When I got the ring back I had met with sara and low and behold. My god damn ring was FIXED! I couldn't believe it cus I thought no one is going to be able to fix this. It looked like I never had bent it out of shape and it wasn't all deformed anymore sara made my ring perfect again and it fit like a snug glove on my finger man i'll tell you. I love her for that. I got introduced to this shop when I got caught up in conversation with Ana at a coffee shop who worked at Blue Diamond MB and she was immediately so helpful and friendly even outside of the store. I visited Blue Diamond Jewelers last month with the idea of converting two of the diamonds in my wedding ring into earrings for my daughter's upcoming 40th birthday. My husband passed away several years ago and I no longer wear the ring. Not only did Sara do a wonderful job of designing the setting for the earrings (along with the security of screw-back studs), but she recommended a design for a pendant for me for the remaining diamond (from my ring), which I love. I gave the earrings to my daughter last night and she absolutely loved them. In addition to the sentimental value of using these particular diamonds, Sara used the gold from my band as part of the gold in the earring's setting. 10 out of 5 stars would be a more appropriate score for the dedicated staff at the El Segundo Blue Diamond site. I recently went in to have my wife's jewelry cleaned. I was greeted by Debbie who did an excellent job of restoring the old sparkle on the ring. The ring was originally redesigned by Altaf. We have also purchased other jewelry items in which she is often given complements. I had so much trust and faith in Ravi and Debbie, that I guided my then future son-in-law to see what they had to offer. First, let me say I've been buying jewelry here for years. But, this time was the last time. I took…read moremy beautiful Amethyst bracelet to them for a add a safety chain. They had done one for me before so I was sure they could do another great job. Little did I know they were going to ruin my bracelet. Instead of calling me and asking me if they could drill holes into the Sterling Silver bracelet, to which the answer would have been NO, they just did it, ruing the shank. They removed the two extender rings to use for the safety chain meaning I could no longer wear the bracelet. The extender rings were soldered on and made the bracelet the perfect length. Instead of cutting the rings they actually cut the bracelet and soldered it back flat. So, the end was no longer rounded. When I tried to put the bracelet on, which has never been an issue, I could not get it on because it was way to short and way to tight. The woman there tried to help me fasten it. Unfortunately, her EXCESSIVELY long nail prevented her from doing anything. She repeated numerous times that she couldn't get it on. If you want to follow a trend, great for you. When it keeps you from doing your job, it has to go. While I was arguing with her she offered to put two rings on. But, since it was obvious she wasn't going to be able to do it with those mile long nails and the woman where with her was no help, trying to ignore what was going on. I declined. Besides, I didn't want some cheap metal rings on my Sterling Silver. About this time, another customer walked in and she decided that I was no longer worth helping and there was no longer anything she could do or suggest and decided to ignore me. I've taken the bracelet to a couple of jewelers, who actually do their repairs in their stores instead of sending them out, and they agree the bracelet is ruined. The shank is compromised and not worth saving. They were mortified and wanted to know who would do something like this? This is not the way to put a safety chain on and they have ruined and compromised the shank. I'm going to be taking the bracelet to the Jew and Gem show to see if I can get the stones put into a new setting. I am going to take the bill to Gold Italia.
