This location has Amazing customer service and is always well organized! I stop by pretty much anytime I pass by!

The prices here are ridiculous. I understand people like to resale stuff online but what about families who just can't afford to buy brand new in stores? Definitely not a supporter of goodwill anymore. Look at my photos to see how ridiculous it is. They are selling two baby safety door knobs for 11.99!!! They are only 6.99 online brand new...

despite the horrors that took place here, I did spot this cute kids toy

Would give a 2.5 if I could. A good medium sized store and donation center with large clothing selection. Home goods/furniture was veryyyy minimal. Non clothing items were probably not even 1/4th of the store unfortunately. Prices are hit or miss but mostly misses. This area (despite looking the same as any other fuckass town) is expensive and their prices are upped to match that. Why would anyone spend $7 on a skirt when they're $4 at other goodwills in neighboring areas. I hated how literally every person in the store was image searching their finds and examining each item in the middle of the aisles. Like if you're gonna spend 30 mins researching the shit you're gonna resell at least stand in the corner and not use the furniture i'm tryna look at. Stood near this one guy covering a few desks with the ugliest plainest pair of jeans for what felt like 30 minutes watching and waiting so I could look at the damn price tag. When will white people read the room like I did laps around him waiting.

The Manger has a heart of gold what an amazing lady she found these vinals for me. The staff is amazing good hard working willing to help you when u need it love this store I recommend you you say hi to her if u see her cool lady knows good muisc

I was going to drop some donations off yesterday, it was about 1:10 pm. I was told by the guy in the back...it was too late...just throw the stuff in the Trash .

The used boot I wanted to purchase.

It's always a great space to find that unique vintage item that you wanted or that you never knew you needed. They really have a lot of stuff at this particular Salvation Army. It ranges from a lot of clothing, shoes, housewares, dishes, even to a small selection of electronics. You truly never know what you're going to find. This location went through some renovation a few years ago. It used to have two separate entryways. To the left was the boutique area, which I always found a great place to shop for those high-end vintage items. Then, there was the main section. All of that stuff is pretty much here today, but it is housed in one big, large facility. Everything at the Salvation Army is very well organized. So, it's easy to find the section you're looking for. The main thing I always say about this location is that you never know what you're going to find. So, it's always a very fun shopping experience.

So what? Right? Well when you have quite of bit bags (heavy bags), you get exhausted and need to make multiple trips back to the car. Haha really nothing to complain about, mostly a comment I guess. In any case, the workers were happy to accept the donations and thanked me while I was leaving. I donated clothes, king size bedspread, sheets, and blankets. Another trip were shoes, towels, and more clothes. Easy access in and out of the parking lot which is located right on a corner. Very nice clean location.

My partner walked over to help her unload the heavy table and asked her if we can take it instead. The worker at the back loading dock saw the whole thing and got upset. She yelled "next time you can't do that, this time today it's okay but you can't do that!" Technically the owner of the table didn't even give it to them yet--for them to get upset. They were mad because we got it for free, WHICH the owner happily handed to us. The audacity to tell us we couldn't take it, when it isn't even theirs. Just complete snakes taking everything they can get. Mind you, these are free items donated by the public and these greedy corporations sells them for pure profit. What once was a business model to provide jobs for the local community just became a money-driven business model. Just complete snakes..not just this location but every other location I go to now.

Thus she can stop into any close Goodwill location, donate, and then stop into the adjoining thrift retail store to do a little shopping. That's exactly what we did on a Saturday afternoon when we were in Redondo Beach for brunch. Dropping off the clothes was simple and manual. There is a QR code to scan, to automatically generate a tax receipt for the donation. Unfortunately, the first step of creating an account via an email never worked, so gave up to try again later. Nevertheless, it was a good stop, where she bought a dress for herself and one for her mom. The store was well staffed with helpful associates. I usually peruse the used records, books, and toy section...not a great selection at this store, but probably a good thing for me personally, since I don't really have the space.

They did have an assortment of items; seasonal Halloween items, clothes, some toys, decor, books, etc and even rugs! But very limited. I see people donating all the time but there's not much in here. The peace I guess is too small to house everything. Maybe they only select a handful of goods and dump the rest. The cashier up front is not friendly. I politely asked a quick question and she said two words with a stank face. She looked annoyed and tired. No hello, or welcome, or sorry, or any acknowledgment whatsoever. She abruptly ended the conversation and I walked away. Place needs better customer service so not to scare off potential buyers. I suggest management to properly train these workers. A bunch of females in the back (I guess the sorting area) behind a big door were just laughing it up and talking so loud I could barely hear myself think. They weren't working. They just kept gossiping and talking out loud to the point you can hear it from across the other room as I walked away. It was difficult look through the items because they were cackling so loudly. 10/12/25

CORPORATE GREED Do…read morenot support this business. I have been a long time donator as well as a buyer from this company and it has turned into a money-hungry business. I went up the register to pay in cash and the clerk asks if I wanted to ROUND-UP to make a donation. I said NO. When I said no to round-up, the clerk had already closed the register and was forcing me to take the short-change. She said she she didn't have change and that companies don't use pennies anymore. Some people still pay in cash these days. I told her "no I'm not donating." And she stood there side-eyeing me like I was being ridiculous over some small change. She was still handing me the short-change and I told her NO, and that for her to go get the rest of my change. I told her I just want my change. She insisted she didn't have change. So I asked her, "how to you give change then? What do you do? Ask everyone to round up for donations?" And she said yes. So how do they give change then? There's no sign in there that says, "no change is given when paid in cash." I looked at her and said "well I guess I don't have a choice. I'm being forced to." She was looking at me like I was crazy for wanting the money I was owed. She gave me a look as if it was something so small. She said she'd have to go get her manager, get the keys, and have her override some crap in the system, blah, blah, blah. Not sure why she closed the register forcing me to take the short-change when I said no to donate. I didn't ask her to do all that. I just wanted my change. That was still my money, and I had every right to it. I was entitled to my change. She said if I had the difference she would've just gave me an even change. Why didn't she offer that option beforehand? Prior to closing the register? She was probably shocked that a normal human being would want their change. She went to the back to talk to someone, and I left. I wasn't going to wait for them and that's probably their tactic. I left pennies for them at the counter since it seems they need it more than I do. Pathetic. It might seem petty, but it's shady business practices. Can't you see? Think about it. That's robbing everyone blind. For every transaction, multipled by how many people, 7 days a week, 52 weeks in a year times however much money they are taking year after year. THAT ADDS UP. It was simple principles and that was shady. No wonder their prices are never an even number, so when it adds up, there's room for them to scrape more donations every freakin penny they can get their filthy hands on. I no longer round-up to donate into these big corporations including retail and fast food chains. I haven't been for years. They make you feel like you're putting into something, however you're just giving these companies your money so they can recoup their losses and taxes. The nerve to ask for MORE donations at check-out as everything is already free to them as it is. Free donations from the community, and selling for retail prices (sometimes even more). These are all free donated by the public and everything they make is pure PROFIT. A company that was once an advocate to supporting local communities with providing jobs, has now turned into a greedy sucking business. Just horrible business practices and very unethical values. Look at their online e-commerce now. Everything they sell is jacked up selling for more than retail value. VERY GREEDY and SHADY. Shame on them. (Their store hours isn't even correct. Went there at 10am and the clerk said they open at 9. When we pointed this out she was nonchalant about it).
