He cleaned everything from the floor mats to all the fibers (honestly my main concern), the dashboard dust, the window smudges, the trunk and the frunk. Came out flawless, and they deodorize so it smells brand new even though i don't even use perfumes. We paid $656, which feels completely overpriced for the quality of work delivered. I was told a single car usually takes 3 to 5 hours; however, the detailer spent only 5 hours total on both vehicles. If you expect a thorough cleaning and shampooing, look elsewhere. My cars were returned with noticeable mess and stains left behind. My McDonald fries is still in the gap between seat and console. Car hood still has some tree sap. The only positive was their ability to remove scratches. They are clearly skilled at that but the rest of the job was below average .
