I always search for shoes more than 40% off, but I guesss they're too new for the shoes to be that low priced. Everything is well priced all together. Once again, they're new, so I expected them to be a bit understaffed. I didn't really have anyone help me or the people next to me, so I think they'll need some new hires. I know I a man and don't usually want help, but, I've said this before, I'm not the July one that'll go here.

They have a wide variety of well-priced shoes, not only on the main floor, but also over in clearance. Not only do they sell shoes, but they also have a good variety of other accessories like bags and scarves for men and women alike! This location recently popped up in the new strip mall, so it is at the top of the line in appearance, which made me feel like I was shopping at a store more upscale than the prices reflected! 5 stars in this aspect! The customer service that the employees provided was great, I felt like they were there if I needed them to be, but they weren't overly stalkerish. They also told me about how they could ship me the shoe I wanted directly to my house for free shipping if I couldn't find my size in their store, which I thought was a great customer service feature. Once I went to check out, I couldn't remember if I had any rewards through the rewards program and they were able to look it up with just my phone number, which I thought was very convenient. All in all, I will continue to come back to DSW locations. If all of them are as good as this one, then they win in my book!

So I asked very loudly and slowly,"How do I change my email?" THEN she looked up and smiled sarcastically and said, "Oh they only send mail to your email not the mail." I asked once again, "how do I change my email?" She again laughed changed it then said,"Let me take this earpiece out of my ear, ha ha." Then she walked away so I waited for a response like---your transaction is complete or thank you and have a nice day.
