This also allowed them to keep me informed on what they found during their basic inspection which included a basic fluid top off, tire pressure check ( as the last place I went to overfilled 3 of my tires by more than 6 psi, and deflated 1 by 3 psi). One trick that less scrupulous places try is an air filter trick to get you to change your air filter by swapping it to show you a filthy one they have on hand. They pulled it out in view and even told me the grit on there was minimal and I had about two more oil changes before it needed to be changed. Awesome! I had no issue using a digital coupon on my phone for the oil change. They informed me what type of oil the manufacturer requires, and we're very thorough. I will definitely come back. Everyone was extremely polite and professional. They were careful not to mess my hood lights I installed up, as those are installed with adhesive and pose a risk of shifting every time you open the hood. They listened to all of my concerns and answered all of my questions. I don't know how they do it in that small garage but there are approximately 4 people moving around between two narrow bays doing all of the services they offer and I have no clue how they don't run into each other. Their team communication was also good and allowed for what looked like smooth operation between them all. The oil change was pricey, even with a coupon. Anymore all basic car services seem to cost more than they used to and if I posed the skill and materials to do my own oil change, I would. But I don't and it is what it is and I choose them to get it done correctly. My only complaint was their sign was not lit up. It was after dark in December and it was hard to see where I was going to get there with how dark the parking lot is. I don't know if the timer was set for summer hours or if the sign doesn't light up, but for their safety and the customers, parking lot/auto waiting area and the sign should be lit after dark. I recently had the water pump replaced on my vehicle at Luke's Auto Shop. Unfortunately, shortly…read moreafter the repair, I discovered that a coolant hose clamp associated with the water pump had been left improperly installed. This caused coolant to leak into the engine bay and could have led to much more serious engine damage if it hadn't been caught quickly. A mistake like this is concerning because the cooling system is a critical component, and something as basic as verifying that all hose clamps are properly secured should be part of every final inspection before a vehicle is returned to the customer. That said, I also believe it's important to recognize when a business makes a genuine effort to address a problem. Once the issue was brought to the shop's attention, the service manager handled the situation professionally. While the original workmanship issue should not have occurred, he did what he could to make the situation right by listening to my concerns, arranging for the vehicle to be checked over, and working to restore my confidence in the repair. No repair shop is immune to mistakes, but how those mistakes are handled matters. In this case, the initial repair fell short of the standard I expected, but the service manager's professionalism and willingness to stand behind the work improved what could have been a much worse experience. Overall, I hope the shop strengthens its quality-control procedures to ensure critical items like coolant hose connections are verified before vehicles leave the shop. If they do, I believe they can provide a much more consistently positive customer experience.

First of all, when you set up an appointment, you can request a loaner car, so that you don't need to wait there for the car, and I didn't have to miss work. I also saw a different rep ordering someone an Uber for a different customer because who didn't have appointment so there wasn't a loaner available. Secondly, I originally went in for a transmission flush. While I was at work, I got a text and email of the inspection they had done. The inspection was really easy to read, and gave me different levels of recommendations for other things that needed to be done. Some things were urgent, and some things were needed soon, but not urgent, and there were some things that were for maintenance only. On my lunch break, I called my service rep, and he was able to talk me through all of the things on the report, and explain things to me, because I am pretty illiterate when it comes to cars. I ended up also getting my drive belt replaced as well. But my rep made sure to let me know what the price would before I decided to go through with it. At the end of my work day, I drove my loaner car back to Luke's and picked my car up, and was on my way. Overall, the inspection report, and the loaner car I think is what really separates Luke's from the rest. When I've taken my car to get an oil change or the tires replaced at other places, i've always had to wait in the lobby and its a waste of time. I lost no time with Luke's and knew exactly what was happening to my car. Take your car to Luke's if you want incredible service.

Nope, then the shop keeps 1 of 4 skid plate bolts and 1 spacer, cross-threads one of 3 remaining. leave another out and this heavy skid-plate teetering on 2 bolts. Contacted customer service (Joke) spoke to store manager... 4 hours later, he made arrangements for me to pick up the bolt and spacer. Had to clean the engine compartment, tap out the thread damage to the frame, and reinstall the skid plate with all 4 bolts out of pocket. These butchers are not who you want to do business with.
