He said you have to have a credit card and then he said something about the just in case you don't like the program and you can call and have it canceled. Big red flag I will never be tethered to a company like that. Heard too many to stories. So I paid $20 for the medium car wash and I was extremely disappointed the windshield and a half a car was all covered in white spots. the rear window did not look like it had been cleaned at all. The wheels and tires looked good. Nice looking place, but extremely poorly run from the management down to lack of maintenance. One and done.!

Thursday came and I waited all day. My husband heard nothing. He called and left a message. Finally called back a said they had a blowout but were coming, didn't show up, didn't contact us. My husband called again n Friday mornin. He was told that it had to be towed because the rim was bent but they'd be out by 11:00 am. Again, no show, no call. Husband called again and left 2 messages. He was never called back. Totally ghosted us!! If he didn't want to drive that far than just say so!! Absolutely unacceptable and rude!!
