Scope of work: remove all the carpeting in the house and install laminate plank flooring in those areas. The travertine flooring in the entry, kitchen and hallway had large craters which collected dirt and water residue after washing. I had the floor steamed, the craters filled and the whole floor resealed. I had a gasline installed in the kitchen and a new gas oven installed. From my perspective, this resulted in a situation where we provided equipment and fuel while still having to defend against a dispute after refunds had been issued. I can only speak to my own experience, but it was one of the most frustrating customer interactions I have dealt with.
