I checked my email multiple times and never received the email with the entry code for access. I called the business 3 times, messaged them through the appointment portal, and waited 30 minutes outside and no one responded or picked up the phone. Extremely frustrating as I drove 45 minutes to come to this appointment. I would NOT book with this business as they are negligent and unresponsive. They have no accountability - my appointment is noted as confirmed in the portal but no one was at the business when I arrived. Screenshots of my phone records attached along with time stamps.

The recent nurse I saw, Callan, was very professional and nice given my frustrations. The bad - They're constantly changing the clinician you request without any communication. This was the third time this has happened. Despite the notes they have in your profile, they don't care. I was booked with Evelin and suddenly changed to Callan (who was great BTW) but there was zero communication about this when I checked in or even prior to me coming in. I even asked the front desk how long it would take because it was already running 30 mins past my appt slot and still no notice of a different clinician. When I voiced my concerns with the front desk, I received immediate attitude from both of them especially the shorter (maybe Indian or Middle Eastern) front desk girl. She had the nerve to argue with me saying I never had an appt with Evelin when indeed I did. It wasn't for Botox but for fillers a while ago. Regardless, if I'm comfortable with a certain nurse, you don't need to question or argue with me on what services I had done. There was no apology. Just straight up defensive attitude. It's no wonder there's such a high turnover of nurses at Laseraway. They seem to cater to those who have Laser appts or of a certain Marina look (mainly white ladies). I will spend the extra money elsewhere and save myself the headache and rude customer service.

I paid $1000 for Dysport with one very clear request: I wanted a fully frozen forehead, the same result I have consistently achieved here in the past. At two weeks (the full window for Dysport to set in), I still had significant movement and visible lines. For anyone familiar with injectables, this outcome is far below what's reasonable at this price point, especially when the goal was explicitly communicated in advance. When I reached out to the clinic about the poor result, I expected professionalism, accountability, and a willingness to make it right. Instead, I was told that if I wanted the issue corrected, I would have to pay for more units. That is simply not industry standard. Reputable injectors stand behind their work and typically offer a complimentary touch-up if results fall short of what was promised. Whether this was poor injecting or a bad vial should not then be the patients problem to pay. What made this worse is that I know that if the vial is reported to the manufacturer, the company would happily provide them with a complimentary replacement vial. In other words, the clinic had the ability to resolve this at no cost to themselves. Rather than taking that step, they placed the burden back on me after I had already spent $1000. It's deeply disappointing to see a practice prioritize profit over integrity and client satisfaction. I left feeling dismissed and taken advantage of. For something as personal and expensive as facial injectables, trust and accountability are everything. Your face and your money deserve better than this.

Upon leaving I thought it was different than i had done it before and maybe just needed to adjust. Idk. On further reflection she must have switched the products or burned them somehow. Half my eyelashes were kinked. Yes i followed aftercare perfectly. Then my eyelashes fell out and at some point were itchy and my lid was swollen. I'm not post photos but have them, and she has seen them. My eyebrows also were like hard and wouldn't move. Later they started falling out too. She gave me a full refund when I send her pics. But this is before everything started falling out. I had to buy a lash serum to grow them back. And then in August I started noticing that my eyebrows were falling out. I thought they were shedding normally and going back to blonde. NOPE! They weren't growing back at all. I went to the dr and it is 100% because of what she did. I now am using rogaine to regrow them. It's taking forever and she also refused to pay for product to help grown them back. It's probably going to be another 2-3 months of me looking awful because of Perri. Have the Holiday you deserve.

I'm very blonde and wanted to go one shade darker (dark blonde) and I left purple. I explained in detail what I wanted and what I didn't want, and it turned out even worse than what I didn't want. The tint was also incomplete and left me with half dark, half blonde hairs. I left looking like a monster.

My second time going in for the peel is called the Jessner Peel and I was hella living for it because I peeled after the final step in the process of the treatment. I am so happy with the results that I have gotten thus far 100%. I will say that not everyone's face is going to peel just like mine off the bat because in reality everyone's skin is different; but I did do very specific steps to get the results I was aiming for by treating my face with Cosmedix products. The brand does sell a Pre & Post Treatment Kit which I myself would get for a greater outcome. Thank you Erika for the customer service and skin looks epic with the peeling so far!
