2 stars for nails, 3 stars for the added massage/friendly sweet staff I really wanted this to become my go-to nail salon, so I was disappointed to leave unhappy with my builder gel manicure. Unfortunately, the application felt rushed and lacked the attention to detail I was hoping for based on reviews. My previous gel wasn't completely removed, so the new color appears different on the upper half of my nails where the old gel is still underneath. The shape and length of the nails are also inconsistent, and from the side it's easy to see that the builder gel wasn't applied evenly. There is also fuzz trapped between layers :( What made this disappointing is that I told Jennifer this appointment was a trial for my upcoming wedding, so I was really hoping for a meticulous application. That said, the overall customer service was wonderful. The massage, drink service, and snacks made for a relaxing experience, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. However, for me, the quality of the nail application is the most important part of the service, and unfortunately it didn't meet my expectations. read more

The lady who did my pedicure was going really hard, I tried to express I was in pain. Ended up cutting me under the toe, which bled for hours after I left (had to keep foot raised). And they still charged for the service...meanwhile I'm stuck here hoping I don't get an infection. So much for wearing sandals or getting in the pool for my getaway this weekend. read more

wanted to love this place after seeing reviews on social media. the owner and workers are very kind but they overbook and do not turn people away even when they do not have time to complete services. I was at the salon for 1 hr 40 min for a gel manicure and had multiple people work on my nails (no one sat for more than 5 minutes at a time), dropping what they were doing for new customers that walked in well after me / switching back and forth. I just wanted someone to sit and focus on cutting, filing, and painting my nails without getting up constantly and looking around the salon (not safe). They also cut my finger when filing :( not a relaxing experience - the salon really needs time management improvements. read more

Honestly, your response only adds to my disappointment. I came for a manicure, and what I received had nothing to do with what I expected or with what you claim to provide. I got no care, no trimming of the cuticles, no soaking of the hands, nothing that can be called a real manicure. You simply removed my polish and reapplied another one, hastily and without any professionalism. Not only was the service sloppy, but you also had the nerve to reply completely off-topic, as if you hadn't even bothered to read my initial review. That is disrespectful and very disappointing. And the worst part is that this is nothing new! I have lived next to your salon for over 20 years. Ten years ago, I already stopped coming for manicures because I kept facing the same issue: a sloppy manicure, rushed service, and no consideration for the customer. Acrylics were not glued straight. Filing was done fast and unevenly even though there was no one else waiting in line. Drilling was aggressive and hurt. I would tolerate it if it was done still nicely but it was not. I pointed out to the lady that it was uneven and she said it'll look better once painted to reassure me but it's not true. How can the acrylic and paint go on nicely if the base/tip was glued and filed unevenly? I ripped them off that same night. $90 for full set+simple design or paying more somewhere else would have been better in my opinion. 5 stars for the service of lady that sits by the paying station, maybe owner. read more
