Headline: Tax Evasion Tactics and Dishonest Pricing - Avoid This Shop!…read moreI had a very disappointing experience at this shop. They use classic bait-and-switch tactics to avoid taxes and overcharge customers. Initially, they quoted me a ridiculous $930 for labor on my Lexus ES350, then offered to "lower" it to $790 only if I paid in CASH. This is clearly a tactic to avoid taxes while still charging premium rates. I provided all my own parts (spark plugs and two catalytic converters). Even though they only installed ONE of the two converters, they still forced me to pay the full "cash price" we had discussed for the entire job. When I asked about the second converter--which is a simple 30-minute job in the front of the engine--the mechanic tried to extort another $350 from me! To make it worse, the mechanic lied to my face about the technical difficulty of the job to justify his price hiking, claiming the rear catalyst is easier to access than the front one (a blatant lie to anyone who knows Lexus engines). These people are not honest mechanics; they are predators looking for cash-heavy transactions. The shop is empty for a reason. Check the other reviews--I'm not the only one they've tried to scam. Do yourself a favor and go to a professional shop that accepts cards and provides honest estimates.

Garage door closed (it was winter) but clearly marked for inspections. Realized later that there was a big vehicle parked in front of the entrance with the name of the company. That door is to the right of the garage door. Interesting waiting room. Lots of antiques to look at. Creepy dolls, age old magazines, Christmas decorations, and piles of 8-tracks! The wait was very entertaining!! Great music while you wait too!!! Everyone super friendly. Inspection was $20. I'll be back in a year :)

I seriously don't know why the reviews here are so bad. Maybe cause the reviews are old and…read moreactually irrelevant. I came here twice already and I don't even live in manassas anymore but I still come out here to get my service done. Prices are great and Rob is seriously easy to work with. His guys are super nice and they work diligently. Expect to call for an appointment and expect to wait. You don't want your job to be rushed as well. Honestly, I recommend them 100% and people be frustrated with the hours is kind of absurd. If you don't want to work those hours why would you ask them to? They are straight forward and will look out for your pockets and car. Highly recommend!!

I had a horrible experience at this shop. Took my car to them in December 2025. Didn't get it back…read moreuntil March 2026 with several issues in- between. Each time I picked-up my vehicle before March there was still something wrong with the transmission so I took it back. Finally, I told them that I must have my vehicle back the first week of March. When I picked my vehicle up it was obvious that there was an issue with the muffler. It was making a loud noise like there was a hole in it. Having wasted enough time with AAMCO, I took my vehicle to a different transmission shop (wish I had gone there from the beginning). They said the muffler was not connected to the manifold gasket properly. They also said that the axel was connected with a zip tie instead of a metal clamp. Took the bill from the other shop to the AAMCO owner and he said he would send me a check. I detected some sarcasm but wanted to see if he would follow through. Haven't received a check yet. One of those situations where I wish I had taken my vehicle anywhere else from the beginning. I will never take a vehicle there again and would encourage everyone that I know that has a transmission problem to stay away from that shop.

Wonderful Sales Experience, Highly Recommend We purchased…read moreour first RV here and had the most delightful experience throughout the entire process. There was absolutely no pressure. Karen was very knowledgeable and helpful in explaining the different features. Her experience as an RV owner provided us with a lot of good insight. We went back several times to look at various models, and each time, team members were delightful and answered our questions. We could tell they wanted us to take our time, experience each coach, and choose the right one. Once we decided, the paperwork was simple. Brad provided a thorough and informative walkthrough with us. His first-hand knowledge of what to expect when setting up, taking down, and winterizing was invaluable. We would highly recommend National Indoor RV Centers in Manassas, VA.

We bought a new Winnebago View from NIRVC's Washington, DC location. The general manager there,…read moreJohn Rendo, was truly second to none! NIRVC is lucky to have John - and so were we. We got a great deal, bought a perfectly readied RV and were treated so well by each and everyone at the dealership that we felt immediately at home with all of them. They knew the product very well, they had it ready for us to inspect and test drive before we bought it and they made the few adjustments we asked for to allow us to finalize the deal and head home to Michigan within the time frame we needed. They assisted us in making motel and dining reservations while we were there and, most important, they made us feel valued and respected as customers. And our dog, Cooper, too! We are six time owners of new Class A Newmar motor homes and John and his staff made our buying experience and delivery of this Class C coach every bit as good as any coach we've ever bought in the past. When spending this kind of money, we sure love being treated this way. These guys have it all dialed in. Would never hesitate to buy or service with them again. We can recommend these folks, particularly John Rendo, without reservation. First class operation at the NIRVC location in Washington.
