My friend and I decided to grab our favorite Moroccan salad here yesterday at 2:30pm. They don't offer reservations here, it's first come first serve. We walked in on a Sunday, and put our name in and the hostess told us it would be a 45 minute to an hour wait... we would have left it that was true. I noticed there was only 1 party before us and plenty of open tables so we went to the bar to grab a drink and wait. We were txted 10 min later saying our table was ready. I understand if they're busy, a new restaurant, wanting to provide the best service- but people walked out after us because of the quoted long wait times! Please fix your computer, or just quote more accurate times so you dont miss out on business, there's plenty of other eateries near by people will go to! We went to the bar and I ordered the margarita flight, it was as tasty as it was beautifully presented. My friend opted for a gin and tonic. Everyone greeted us (workers, bartenders, managers etc) The service is top notch, you feel welcome and comfortable here! Great vibes and ambiance inside, relaxed and laid back. We liked the music playing, and delicious food of course! We ordered our Moroccan salads (the best imo) and the truffle fries! We devoured our meal, we were seated in a cozy booth and could easily chat and hear one another. Overall our experience was 10\10 The only critique was the long wait time (which was inaccurate) I'm glad I convinced my friend to stay because she was hangry and ready to leave! My husband and I went here 3 times in 1 week so clearly the food is terrible. Haha! We LOVE the food here. Every time the food and service was great! We sat at the bar on a Friday night and had the pleasure of being taken care of by Sky! We've had the steak taquitos, Moroccan salad with added steak, wings, fries, tater tots, different burgers- literally everything we've had has been great through all the visits. First visit here was awesome! We went during happy hour. Had their Blood Orange Hef, which was very tasty and just the right touch of sweetness. The loaded tots were amazing! My oldest loved the mini ahi poke tacos and appreciated how large the tuna pieces were. My mini cheeseburgers were so juicy, it ran down my arms. The caramelized onions added such a great depth. I was going to save one for later but couldn't resist them and ate them all there. The ambience was great with huge TVs showing baseball and basketball. Service was impeccable. Bathrooms were perfectly clean. I saw so many employees going the extra mile, looking using a flashlight under every empty table to make sure nothing needed to be picked up, asking if people were happy with their food or needed anything. An above average pub like restaurant with typical American fare. Service was ok, we had to wave our server over a few times. The food is tasty, I enjoyed my burger and fries. The place is large and they were able to accommodate a group of 5 during a lunch rush. read more

Just ate there today and after receiving my e-mail receipt felt I needed to provide a review... First, the good. I really appreciate the menu was robust without being too lengthy. Easy to pick out several good items without having to flip through pages and pages of fluff. The food was very good and the service was good, so no issues there. We definitely enjoyed the meal. But... the bad. It was very loud in the restaurant (the patio was probably better, but it was cold today). There was very little sound-deadening material and everything just echoed around. On top of it, they had the music too loud. People on one end of our table (party of six) could barely hear the conversation on the other end. We asked two separate staff members if it could be turned down and one said he didn't have the authority, the other said she'd ask -- but nothing changed. Don't get me wrong, the music was fine, just TOO LOUD! Finally, the rub came with the bill. Never mind that I hate paying with those little remote kiosks at the table (ziosks?), but when it came time to tip, they tipped off the total (including tax) instead of the pre-tax total. So, when I selected 18%, they charged 18% of the total, not the sub-total. That's just deceptive. I wound up paying a 19.7% tip instead of 18% as intended. Went here for a lunch with coworkers The good I'll say is that the prices are pretty affordable, there's a wide selection of beers. The menu is good enough. Average American Brew House type of food. I ordered the grilled mahi tacos. I have to say, it looked good, tasted fine. My biggest problem was that it was almost impossible to eat as a taco. Picking it up made all the avocado chunks fall off immediately. It was probably the most messy thing I've ever tried to eat at a restaurant. The tortillas have corn meal on the outside, which got everywhere. The amount of filling to the the size of tortilla was way off. Definitely an unpleasant eating experience. The server tried to remedy it by bringing me an extra side of chips that I didn't need or ask for. Maybe the burgers are good. If I ever get brought here again, I'll try one. read more

We went for burgers and their wonderful tater tots. Of course the tots were hot, crunchy and tasty! My bison burger was well cooked, but the bun didn't help the experience. Really a huge fan! Love having Finny's in our neighborhood. Good food, atmosphere, and drinks. The staff has been great. My wife is tired of me saying "Let's go to Finny's!" Been 3 times and would be there all the time if the wait to get in wasn't so crazy long. I really wish the company would consider allowing customers to get on the waiting list remotely. Or at least be able check the wait time online. Honestly we would be there much more often if the wait wasn't 90+ minutes even on a weeknight or we had a way to put in our name without sitting and waiting after work with kids who get grumpy during the long wait. The now notorious wait has us just opting not to go. I'm sure the wait will lessen as time goes on but we aren't going more often because of it. You know every time a new place opens out in Santa Clarita. It always becomes the most popular spot, Finneys is now been around for a while and I have to say it's a pretty decent place to go and hang out at. My friend and I have gone there four separate times and I have to say that the service is always really good. The food is really consistent, but they making amazing smoked bourbon and rosemary drink, freaking unbelievable. You have to try this not only is it a great presentation, but the flavor is fantastic. Ask them to double smoke it, it's like drinking water, but with so much flavor. My kids really enjoyed the smash burgers, their flatbread. Never experienced that at a Craft House! Once seated, the waiting staff was Very friendly and accommodating to all of our needs! For appetizers. Service went well, we were seated right away as soon as we walked in and our waitress soon came over to assist us. My mother and I tried their food today: I had the smoked Tri tip sandwich: fontina, arugula, cherry peppers, horseradish garlic aioli. To be honest, my sandwich was getting too soggy on the bottom and I am not into soggy sandwiches, so for next time, I would skip the sauce/dressing or ask for it on the side. I didn't like the after taste of horseradish flavor and just didn't really go with it. I also got the truffle fries and those were super yummy. My sandwich came with potatoes chips and those were savory with ketchup. I also ordered a watermelon margarita with sugar rim, which was refreshing and delightful. My mom enjoyed her chicken quesadilla with French fries on the side, she said the chicken was seasoned nicely and pretty good chunks in it. Overall, I'd like to come back to try out their happy hour menu and/or come back for a dinner and drinks date. I recommend this restaurant if you are out in the Santa Clarita area, it is also located in a big shopping plaza with one tu of good stores and huge parking lot. read more
