This sucked because I was reallllyyy looking forward to trying their mozzarella balls and fried calamari PLUS we had 2 toddlers in our party whom we we going to order French fries for. Anyways, we were starving and decided to stay and I'm pretty happy we did. After being seated we ordered our drinks and our server brought us a basket of bread for the table which was ok (it was room temperature, not hot) along with some oil and vinegar although we opted for just plain butter. For our main course, we ended up ordering a large 16" half A lot of Pepperoni and half cheese which was surprisingly pretty good! The crust as really soft and had that wood-fire-authentic taste which was a good touch; however, the crust on my friends pizza came out burnt on one side - just a heads-up. Also, the middle of our pizzas were kinda soggy, something we really weren't used to but they were still tasty! No complaints from the kids or us adults! I plan to visit Fiorella again sometime in the near future for some items off their app menu, so please get that fryer fixed ASAP! read more

Was shocked when we got the bill. 112.00 for two side salads, two drinks, spaghetti and small 12 inch pizza. The shocking parts was 13.00 for each salad. The pizza was 15.00 but the toppings were 21.00. 6 pieces of pepperoni for 6.50. Really ? Food was hot and the service was not that great. These restaurants open down there not realizing how much their lease is and then expect to run their prices through the roof to get to make us make up for it. I managed to eat haIlf, but could not fit one more amazing bite in my stomach. t is aptly described as deconstruted because it is literally sheets of fresh pasta put down with layers of creamy ricotta, mozzerella, sauce, sausage and two very nice beef meat balls on top.I'm saving the leftovers in hopes of finding a microwaave at the hotel so I cn aet the rest of this deliciosness tomorrow. The waiter was so nice when I asked if we could do that. The mozzarella balls are a must have! I would go there again for sure. My boyfriend and I wanted a random date night before Thanksgiving and our trip to Fiorella was regretful. Our server quickly came to the table within 2 minutes of us sitting and asked for our orders, and I let her know that I needed more time. She came back to the table around 15-18 minutes later to take our order. The mozzarella balls were amazing and my boyfriend liked his open faced lasagna, but their fettuccine Alfredo , Alfredo sauce, and brownie sundae need serious work. I substituted the fettuccini Alfredo for their typical pasta side, and the fettuccini Alfredo came dry. I was okay with this and asked for a side of Alfredo to add to the pasta, and the server said, "yeah, your pasta looks weird--I can bring you some sauce." I was surprised when the server came with what seemed to be a boat of milk. I asked for a manager and the manager was more concerned with telling me that their sauce is known to be pretty loose than to hear my current concerns. Minutes later the manager came back to inform me that I was correct, the sauce was extremely loose, even looser than normal (although her watching me tilt the white liquid and it moving like milk was not enough) and she offered to compensate the dish and give my boyfriend and I dessert on the house. The cheesecake tasted as if it'd been exposed to whatever non-dessert flavors that were also stored in the fridge and the brownie was extremely dry. After the food, a bus person came to collect our plates and while grabbing them, a saucy fork flipped onto my light sweater. He apologized, but he didn't inform a manager--or at least a manager didn't come to see if I'd need dry cleaning service. For the price, the food didn't meet standard. The ambience was gorgeous. I live 10 minutes around the corner from national harbor. I have friends who live there, so I visit about 2 to 3 times per month. I walk past this restaurant often, but was never compelled to go in. Currently, my kitchen at home is under renovation and I've been exploring food delivery options. A taste for Italian food is what drew me in. Grubhub had them as an option, so I figured why not. Honestly, I'm not often impressed by the seafood Alfredo I order, as the one I make it home is always better. To my surprise, the shrimp Alfredo was amazing! The sauce was rich, noodles were al dente and shrimp was fresh. I asked for double shrimp and they got it right. I added a little pepper because I like my food spicy, but otherwise it was on point! I'm now curious to try their pizza and onsite dining the next time I'm at national harbor. Don't be like me, if you're at the harbor and you are craving Italian, definitely try this place! read more

VERY overpriced for what tasted like frozen meals. The chicken in the fettuccine Alfredo tasted like fish. Spaghetti was very gummy. There was 4 other tables in the restaurant so not busy whatsoever but we never saw our server & never had drinks refilled. I ordered the seafood pizza which had a red sauce and would have been more blended if a white sauce was on the crust. Next, the pizza lacked any flavor, herbs, seasoning, and even cheese it was minimal. I had more shrimp than anything, 2 scallops and I'm still looking for the crab meat I was promised. Also some old bay would have given a nice kick. It wasn't worth the $28 for a small and I will have no desire to ever return. Tonight we had a business dinner at this restaurant. To be honest, I wasn't excited after reading the reviews. However to my surprise, the food and service was great. Shira was our waitress and she had a young man assist her. We shared appetizers: meatballs, mozzarella balls and calamari. The mozzarella balls were delicious and my favorite. For my entree, I had the Baked Shrimp Alfredo and it was pretty good too. I was happy when I saw that they had Frose. It was a pleasant dinning experience here at the National harbor. If you have a smaller party, you can request to seat by the window, it overlooks the harbor. They offer a Prix-fixe menu as well as a la carte. The Prix-fixe menu is a good steal. You get to choose an appetizer, side and an entree. The chicken alfredo is served in a big bowl and the sauce was to die for. However, the chicken was a bit on a dryer side. I have went with the sausage truffle pizza. The truffle flavor were great with the thin crust. The pizza was freshly made. This is a solid Italy cuisine at the National Harbor. Thou, you are paying more for the view/location. read more

Our group came in waves 4-5 at a time. It took about 20 minutes for the waitress to come take drink orders as our guests arrived. Then it took about 20 minutes to get the drinks. I had to stand up and find our waitress several times to order drinks during our meal. If she had been attentive and the drinks didn't take so long to come, we probably would have ordered double the drinks. With the apps, we had wings, so everyone had bones in their tiny plates. When the pizzas came, the waitress never offered clean plates. So I had to get up and find her and ask her for clean plates. Her response was, does everyone need a clean plate? Yes, of course everyone needs a clean plate. Another even larger party came in after we were seated. They had another waitress and it appeared they hadn't preordered their food because they each had their own individual meal. They arrived, ordered, ate, paid, and left about 45 minutes before we even had our bill. Their waitress brought them more water, we were left with empty water glasses. Sadly, there was a guaranteed gratuity, so our waitress got $257 for very poor and unfriendly service. I normally add additional gratuity with large parties, but not this time. You literally can be seated 2 feet away & then you can take masks off at the table. However if you didn't know or have one they don't have any available to you. Makes no sense. Employees themselves pull their masks down or take them off & sit down at tables or behind the counter in back. Slightly expensive but to be expected given where it is. I saw the reviews and was worried but thank God I gave them a try, I wasn't disappointed. My husband and I needed a place that served pizza as my boys love eating pizza on a Friday even if we are away from home. Their pizza was delightful, I tasted it. This place has ok food, but it is very overpriced bc of the waterfront location. We ordered a small pizza with ham, bacon, pepperoni and mushrooms and a chicken ceasar salad, and it came up to $63.00 for just 2 people. The pizza toppings were small, the pepperoni was standard, ham is chopped very small, and the bacon was pretty much nonexistent. We even asked if there was bacon on the pizza and our waitress said they were hiding under the cheese. Since regular menus are not given during COVID, you have scan their menu on your phone. The print was so small that I didn't realize that on top of the $13 for just a small cheese pizza, each meat topping is $5 , each veg topping is $2, so a 4 topping pizza adds up real quick. They charge $9 to add chicken to salad. So I figured it would be a nice piece of grilled chicken, but nope, it was chopped chicken they use on their pizza. For Covid, they have outdoor seating and they automatically charge 18% tip. They have a limited menu with pizza, pasta, and salad. No fried food at this time. This place is your typical tourist trap, although its got nice views, it is high priced for just ok food. We are unlikely to go back. read more
