This place is an oasis. I didn't even want to leave the massage waiting room it was so comfortable. So many pools and indoor, outdoor options you can usually find a nice place to relax. I brought my mom to your spa to celebrate her 70th birthday. We had massage appointments at 10 a.m. and as we are filling out the forms the lady says, oh by the way your services have already started so we rushed and changed to get to where she told us. I was upset why no one shared with me that we needed to arrive early and how your spa works. I have not experienced that other places nor has my mom. I had to wait for my masseuse. They took my mom back but the girl had to go find my lady finally. Our massages were probably 30 to 35 minutes at most and subpar at best. My mom said they usually rub your feet, hands, head and she did none of that. Mine mostly concentrated on my injured elbow and did work a short time on my legs, feet and back. I splurged to come to your salon because it is beautiful and the amenities available. We could have stayed in Cypress and had an awesome massage for $60 to $70 each no problem. Also we had to ask where the hot tub was because no one showed us around. Typically after massages we have experienced the masseuse says bye and she/he hands you water but that was not the case. We thought about ordering wine but decided after things didn't go well at the spa that we would leave and enjoy wine somewhere else. At checkout I let the girl know I was upset that no one told us to arrive to the salon early that our massages start at 10 a.m. That should definitely be communicated to people over the phone ahead of time. The girl just looked at me and had no response so she didn't really care. So I definitely feel like I wasted $ at your spa for shorted, sub-par massages. My mom had taken me to Fiori years back for my birthday and we had a great experience. Love this spa! I came to get some R&R and the place was fabulous. It offered the serenity and solitude that I was looking for. Such a lovely experience! A safe and clean getaway for a chaotic time in our history. This place is a gem found in the middle of westheimer. The parking was easily accessible. When we got out of our vehicles, we could smell the calming smell of the outdoor fireplace they have. When we entered their facility, their staff greeted us and they were very attentive. The entire room was filled with lovely aromas and a great retail space. The lockers were accommodating and clean. The quiet room was my favorite. The facial I got was from a darling worker named Claudia. She was sweet, professional and very easy to talk to. She did a tremendous job. I felt like royalty. The indie pool and jacuzzi was a big hit for my partner and I. We loved being pampered here. After that, we went next door to ivy (the restaurant) it was delicious. The only thing I would have changed was that we could hear the front door slamming all the way from the third floor in the quiet room, but still enjoyable. I went here a couple of weeks ago with a friend to get pedicures and hang out. It's a beautiful place. Very relaxing atmosphere. This was the only spa in Houston I could find that advertised that they had amenities (steam room, mineral hot tub, indoor pool, outdoor lounge areas, etc). They also had some lavender citrus towels in ice water that were nice. They provide comfy robes, slippers and towels. The pedicures were amazing. I felt the massage chairs were high quality and really relaxed me. My feet still look and feel great almost two weeks later! The polish hasn't even chipped. I highly recommend it. read more

Celebrated my husband's milestone birthday here. All he wanted was a massage. We got that plus more! The amenities are gorgeous! We were the only people there, so it felt like we were on a private island. We thoroughly enjoyed the massages and pedicures. The food is delicious and the drinks are made just right. The bar/bistro is cozy, and you have the option of placing your order from the outdoor pool area with a simple click of a button. Be prepared to spend the entire day here. I'd recommend spacing an hour between each service so you can truly relax. We arrived at 9:30 a.m and left at 3:00 p.m. The indoor pool and jacuzzi were our favorite parts of this escape. BLISSFUL!!! They even have a designated area on the rooftop for sunbathing and a salon in a separate wing, which I will be taking advantage of next time. Oh, and they are adhering to the CDC guidelines for COVID-19. Your temperature will be checked upon entry and everyone is expected to wear a mask (staff and patrons). I wish they had hotel rooms, but then they would have to put a limit on each stay because I wouldn't want to leave. I cannot believe that I've lived here longer than they've been open and didn't know about this hidden gem. I probably wouldn't have found Fiori Spa if The Houstonian was not under construction. I have been coming to this spa for a getaway for some time and have always had a pleasant stay. However, my last visit was below par...... The spa pool and hot tub room were very musty and moldy smelling as if the room had not been cleaned for awhile. I also noticed there was no toilet paper or hand towels in the ladies locker rooms, so I had to go ask the attendant to replace. We then went upstairs to the new Ivy restaurant for lunch and had to ask the waitstaff to turn the music down as it was like eating on a dance floor. The food was cold and very over priced for the quality. I would have liked to of reached out to the owners directly to let them know but their info is not listed for contact. I would want to know if my business was not first class as the pricing they charge, sure is!! read more

This was the roughest facial I've ever received in my life. I went to Fiori because a friend bought me a gift certificate for a massage but I opted to get a facial instead. The girls at the front greeted me as soon as I walked in and were very polite. She showed me where the complimentary tea and infused water was located and then also where I could wait for my esthetician. The room was clean and quiet. My esthetician was Sheetal, she picked me up promptly and started on time which I appreciated. She did a small consult and then stepped out to let me get undressed. I am an esthetician myself which can be a good thing and a bad thing when receiving services from others. She was very rough and there was a lot of idle time in between steps where I was just laying there. I didn't hear her sanitize her hands very often and I didn't like how she'd lanced my face multiple times without even asking if that was okay. It was very painful. The neck and shoulder massage was very rushed and I never once felt relaxed during my service. After the facial was over I had to ask for a towel because she had gotten product in my eyes. Sheetal seems like a very sweet person but overall that service wasn't worth the 135 price tag. read more

Facial & massage were great but very poor customer service at the front desk. I would give them a zero just for that. I scheduled an appointment for a facial and a massage about a week prior. I informed them that I had a gift card. Upon arrival to my appointment yesterday, I gave them my gift card. The employee at the front desk ran it and told me that I had $465 on it. I then went for my massage and facial. They kept my gift card at the front while I was gone. When I came out at 2p to check out, another employee attempts to do my check out. She runs the card and says oh there's a zero balance. The previous employee that checked me out before stated, "There was $465 when I ran it." I confirmed that's what she said. The other employee called a manager who was supposed to come down. I ended up waiting 20 minutes and no manager. I had a 230p appointment elsewhere and had to reschedule because I was running late. I explained to both employees that I had 2 other appointments. One at 230 and another at 4 and I could not miss them because I was going out of town very soon. So I left my phone number and even wrote down my email address for them to contact me once it was sorted out. I woke up this am to an attempted charge of $385 to my credit card on file. I never heard from them yesterday. What was supposed to be a relaxing experience ended up being ruined because of poor customer service. I'll stick to milk & honey moving forward. Fiori spa is the cutest boutique spa however their customer service is really bad. They do not put their customers first which is a shame. They offer a day pass for customers to come use their amenities for $50. I spent the day there at the end of March with some girlfriends and it was lovey. We used some of the indoor amenities And spent the bulk of our time in their outdoor pool which was heated that day and lovely. We had a great day so a few weeks later when my sister came to town for a visit we decided to go spend a day at Fiori. This day was much different. It was pretty crowded inside in the indoor pool room and hot tub. We spent a little time walking around and sat in the hot tub for a short period of time and then decided to go outside to the pool. It was an overcast day but perfect for a heated pool. Well, the pool was not heated! It was ice cold actually. Since we had spent only about 45 min at the spa at this point and we went inside to talk to them about our options. They told us they had turned the pool heaters off a few days earlier. No one mentioned this to us when we came in and purchased a day pass. Given how small the spa is and how few amenities there are, I think when two outdoor pools are essentially unusable because they are so cold the employee who checks you in should inform you about this. In the end we paid $50 for a day pass and stayed for about 45 min. We spend probably 20 min in the hot tub and that is about all we did. Fiori refused to refund even a portion of our day rate. We left extremely disappointed and will never go back. There are a lot of places to go in Houston and a over priced spa that doesn't treat customers fairly is not going to be the one I choose going forward. read more

My husband purchased a gift card for me for Christmas. I scheduled a massage for myself and one for my daughter in May. While mine was great, she described hers as a "back rub". When we went to the counter and presented the card, it was not loaded at the time of purchase. This was very embarrassing and we spent 20 minutes at the counter trying to figure out what happened. I put the charge on my credit card. My husband was furious and embarrassed. After checking his card records he is sure his card was not charged. I went to this spa as a pre wedding spa day. I wanted to take advantage of a spa with lots of amenities. Upon arriving 5 minutes late, which I understand is completely my fault, we were sternly told to go straight upstairs without changing or anything. Upon reaching the top of the stairs I was received by my masseuse who promptly took me to the massage room. The massage was fine, nothing out of this world, definitely not worth the price but what happened next made the experience worse. Upon finishing the massage and my body completely covered in oil, the woman told me we were now done and to change back into my clothes. Not only was I not offered a robe i got oil all over my clothes. When I walked out of the treatment room it felt like a walk of shame. I was handed a glass of water, escorted past the tranquility room and to the top of the stairs and was told to have a nice day. I was not told where to go next or anything. I then proceeded down the stairs where it was not until I asked a girl at the front desk for help that I was acknowledged. I then asked for a robe for my mother and I and why there wasnt one in our room at the end at which time they told us that is was our fault because we were late. For the amount of money I paid for a massage there, would it kill someone to put a rob outside the door for when my treatment is done? I understand I was late, however the only punishment should be less time during the massage, not poor customer service. They did not apologize what so ever and held firm to it being my fault that I was late. Instead of leaving feeling fully relaxed, I was engulfed in anger. read more

Worst spa experience ever. My wife and I booked the "Escape for Two" package which was supposed to include a couples massage, a facial, manicure, pedicure, and lunch for two. We arrived and started with a nice massage. Unfortunately it was downhill from there. They forgot to order our lunch and instead offered us a fruit and cheese tray. This tied us over and we stayed optimistic that the rest of our spa day would go well. It did not. They only booked one of us for a facial and neither of us for a manicure and pedicure. I used to LOVE this spa. It is REALLY beautiful inside and you do feel like you aren't in the middle of trafficky, noisy, rushing Houston when you enter the gates. ****HOWEVER**** I would say RUN AWAY from choosing this place for spa services! The robe provided for me was damp and cold. The water provided to make hot tea was cold. The relaxation room to sit in before and after your treatment was cold. Instead of having my massage in a room made for one person, it was in a room for a couple's massage with an odd amount of brightish lights on, and the room, table, and sheets were cold. I'm typically very warm wherever I go, so this was so odd! After a massage that was just "Eh," I headed down to get a "Fiori Pedicure." There was no relaxing foot or calf massage, and if the masque happened, I missed it! The technician seemed to be making up what she was putting on as she went along. In addition to this, she told me that I was overpaying to have the service done there, and she worked at a cheaper salon, and I should go there instead. She also made several overtly racist comments about Vietnamese people - not cool at all! The tubs for the pedicure chairs are falling apart and completely ghetto-looking with exposed screws and plywood breaking open from them. If you are looking for top notch or even medium notch, this is not the place you want to go. The chatty pedicurist mentioned that the spa had a fire the day before my service, maybe this accounts for the big, bad, and ugly! read more

My daughter and I spent a few hours here on Sunday and our experience was extremely disappointing. The hostess was unfriendly and gave us a little information about the spa. We had to keep asking questions about the facility and where to go. The customer service was extremely unprofessional for the amount of money we paid. The hostess and people behind the desk were preoccupied with their phones and not paying attention to our needs. We each had a facial and our technicians seemed bored and unenthusiastic. When we went to pay the bill the 20% gratuity is already figured in so it makes sense that they don't really need to put in much effort. The grounds were attractive but not very clean. There were towels scattered everywhere and random cups that weren't picked up. The pools seemed dirty as well. I ordered a BLT which took over40 minutes to come and was pretty much inedible. The amenities were sparse and low grade. I couldn't even find any lotion. I'm mad at myself for not asking to speak to a manager before we left. I'm from out of town and was looking for to spending some time with my daughter in a nice facility. read more

Lunch order was missing food and we were told it was because it was 4th of July. News flash! They should have planned for it as they have been in business for years. I absolutely LOVE to spend the whole day here! Pick any treatment. One of my favorite ones is the reflexology with stones. I don't think I have ever had such a dreamy foot massage elsewhere. Total relaxation and a great way to re-coop the paws after so many days in stilettos. Then lounge by the pool outside and take in a little sun OR head down underground to the mineral pool and spa. This is where you can really revitalize. Minerals are shipped from the Mediterranean and after you hang out in the mineral pool your skin will have a nice youthful glow. I usually order a bottle of champagne but watch out, the heat from the mineral pool will make you get your buzz on pretty swift. In the locker rooms you can detox in the Eucalyptus sauna before showering and heading outside to the wine garden. The wine garden is open on weekends when the spa closes and they serve light hors de'ouevres and wine and champagne accompanied by a blissful setting, lounging areas among vines of wine and music to set the mood. read more

This is a wonderful day spa! I've been here twice and both experiences have been great. You are greeted by the staff when you first walk in. They get you checked in and then escort you to the locker room. You get a locker to put all your belongings in. They have very soft and fluffy robes to wear and they also give you sandals! In the locker room, there is a steam room. There is a heated outdoor pool which you can enjoy on nice days. You can also enjoy an indoor pool and spa on the bottom floor. You can order food (I've never done this so I don't know pricing but it's an option if you are spending multiple hours there). Upstairs there is a quiet room with comfy couches to hang out before and/or after your massage. Both times I've just had a regular Swedish massage which is 50 minutes. They have a variety of massages as well as other services. Both times I've gone it's been with friends so we've enjoyed the pools and hot tub as well as the massages. The location is close to the galleria - on Potomac which is off Westheimer...near Fountainview. You might have driven close to this place but not known it was there. I recommend checking this place out! You'll definitely feel relaxed while you are there and when you leave. read more

The mineral pool has mold on the ceiling, walls, & in the corners of the hot tub. Large clumps of hair on the floor on the walk in showers. This was when they opened at 9:00am on a weekday! My friend's facial started 15 mins late because the employee hadn't arrived to work yet. My mani/pedi started 30 mins late because the employee was stuck in traffic. No music in the massage room. I usually go to the Houstonian but I liked this spot because it was more intimate. I have filled out comment cards & spoke with the manager who never got back to me. Oh well.
