We tried BCK a couple weeks ago and now get about 3 meals delivered per week. Pricing is competitive to other services but the quality is much better. Menu leans Paleo so great for busy people looking for healthy, delicious, ready-to-serve food. While I wouldn't expect your grandma's cooking, the meals have been great so far. Quick and easy, healthy options, while also keeping me well fed during a busy week. Every couple of weeks they change up the menu I appreciate being able to do swaps as well because I can't eat broccoli/cauliflower anymore Everything was really easy on the sign up and I was contacted to arrange delivery right away. Communication is consistent and great, any issues I can directly communicate with someone and it will be handled right away. I am very happy with the service, and I love supporting as local as possible! I would definitely recommend to try if you are interested in a meal prep service and are local in their service area. Excellent customer service - friendly, great communication, quick responses. Delivery always arrives during the designated time, is contactless, and very well packaged. The food: The meals are freshly prepared, not frozen, and ready to be reheated. Many meal delivery services are so high in sodium. Not the case with Lean Mean Meal Prep. With every delivery, a nutritional breakdown is included. Most importantly, the meals are tasty, lots of variety! 100/10 recommend!
