In the future, It would be helpful if they ran through a few preliminary questions or pictures of the unit to see if a trip out is worth the time. Before the technician left I asked a few more questions before he suggested a Home Energy Audit. I'm hopeful that the home energy audit could put me on a better path to resolving the cooling issues in my home. Truck/train traffic likely caused vibration over the 6 years to cause the bent line on the improper install to fail. we now have to have the electrical components reviewed/ replaced (tank itself OK) or just install a whole new system.
