Had the steak again - and tried the Fire + Smoke salad and Cesar. Grilled Romaine will always be my favorite. And you can't beat the scallops. Wanted to also mention that the mocktail list is excellent - taste and presentation of the rum-less dragonfruit drink makes you want more than just one.

I picked this restaurant for a work dinner. Everything was so good better than I could have imagined. The service was excellent! The ambiance actually makes it perfect for date nights or anniversary celebrations specifically. We ordered the American wagyu steak options for entrees. I got the ribeye my friends both got the filet. The steak melts in your mouth so delicious!! For appetizers we ordered the Beef tartare and the pork belly. Finished the meal off with crème brûlée cheesecake and ice cream The drinks were really good as well This place is definitely worth checking out for any and all drinks f your celebrations in life!!!!

Came here last Sunday and everything was splendid. The owner who greeted us at the front was welcoming and our server, Nicholas, was attentive and polite. The interior was also nice. But what about the food? Amazing, great. I had the shrimp and grits and they were delicious (and I usually don't like grits). My cousin and aunty's meat was tender and rich. Dessert was also great, especially the Pecan Pie. If you're in the area and looking for somewhere to eat, it's a must!

This place exceeded my expectations for fine dining! The restaurant was very clean and very nicely decorated! You feel like you're in a modern cabin kinda vibe. Service was excellent! We ordered a bit of everything: Ribeye, Brussels sprouts, some of their specialty desserts...everything we ordered was absolutely delicious! Would highly recommend if you're in the Knoxville area!

Our party of four ate at Fire Smoke recently. It was our first visit, and we came away very impressed. Decision to dine here was made sort of last minute, so we didn't have a reservation. We arrived shortly after the restaurant opened and were seated in the bar area. First off, the restaurant is beautifully decorated. It's on the small side and feels very cozy and intimate. Our server was amazing in guiding us through the menu. We all started with cocktails which were so good! For entrees, I had the salmon, and others had the fillet, roasted chicken and the pork chop. It was all delicious!

Ate at Fire + Smoke tonight. You definitely need a reservation and this is an upscale restaurant. The steaks were excellent with a good seasoning, moist, and cooked to order. The steak fries are a little too salty, and left in the oil a little long, but had great flavor and were filling. It was my wife and I on one ticket and our two friends on their own ticket. With dinner, an appetizer, and alcoholic beverages our total with gratuity was about $250. Follow me on Yelp for more to see and do and eat in Knoxville and the East Tennessee area.

Service was amazing, thank you Joe. The food was 10/10! I've never had a better steak than at this steak house... and the pork belly, I could eat that everyday

Date night with my hubby, so wanted to try this newer place. Absolutely awesome! Nice dining area, but not a huge place. The service is great. The food is absolutely delicious! The North Carolina trout was perfectly seasoned and grilled. One of the best fish I've ever eaten, for real. Sides are all delicious, especially the mushrooms and mashed potatoes. We finished with a gluten free torte, yum! Excellent, high quality food, with thought and care put into it. Totally recommend!!! Can't wait to go back!!

We had a reservation and were seated quickly at a cute table for two. Unbeknownst to us, it was taco Tuesday, suggesting $3 tacos of various proteins. We ordered three as an appetizer and were amazed by how tasty they were. Don't skip the tofu- that was our surprise favorite. My wife ordered the pork belly and I, the enlightened bowl. The pork belly was incredible- the best we've ever had. Tender, soft, rich, and a generous portion. Plenty of leftovers there. My enlightened bowl felt extremely healthy and fresh. I felt like a horse in a pasture. I stole many bites of pork. I might suggest adding a protein besides the salmon crumbles (it comes with those, but think tuna packet texture). Overall, we had a fantastic experience at Farmacy and look forward to our next visit.

High Hopes, Flat Landing…read more I'd had this place bookmarked for ages, and when out-of-town friends came for brunch, I thought, "finally, my chance!" Lesson learned: scope it out solo before bringing guests. We all left underwhelmed, and honestly, I was disappointed. Let's start with the good: it's an adorable spot, the service was stellar, and the cocktails were genuinely great. But the food? A real miss for me. I'd consider giving it another shot -- just not with the same order, or at least with some specific requests in hand. We kicked things off with beignets, which, in hindsight, was a bold move in Tennessee. As NOLA regulars, we know our beignets, and these weren't even in the same ballpark as Café du Monde. Instead of that light, pillowy pull-apart texture, they came out dense and crispy -- more funnel cake than beignet. The breakfast mains were a visual triumph and a textural letdown. I tried all three dishes, and my fellow diners agreed across the board. The "Sunny" had great flavor on top, but the bread underneath turned to mush almost instantly -- we ended up scraping the toppings off and eating it like a salad. If you order this, ask for the bread toasted. The biscuits and gravy had real potential, but the candied bacon overwhelmed everything with sweetness -- it completely took over the dish and made it hard to finish. Dave's eggs were fine on their own, but the hash alongside them wasn't much to look at, and the flavor didn't redeem the presentation.

I loved the vibe of Tupelo, the hanging lush green plants on the side of the bustling kitchen, the cheerful staff and the lively music. Lizette was our server and she was just a darling. It was our first time here, and she was so helpful with her all of her recommendations. One of Lizette's favorites was the "Peach, don't kill my vibe" sangria. Which I just loved. I nice mix of peach and pineapple in a sangria. For our mains, we had the grilled harvest chicken and the chicken tenders. Both mains came with two sides. With my grilled harvest chicken, I got the mashed potatoes and the braised bacon green beans. The green beans were to die for, even my hubby was saying he should've ordered that as his side. The harvest chicken I loved--especially the sautéed spinach, red peppers and tomatoes on top. But if you can't handle spicy, this dish does have some heat to it. And we ended my birthday celebration with the heavenly banana pudding. It was heavenly in every way. Made in house, and so delicious that even my hubby ate it and he never cares for this dessert. If I could've licked that little bowl, I would've. We already cannot wait to come back and try some of the brunch items on their menu. We loved everything about Tupelo and hats off to Lizette for making our night even more special!!

Gus's chicken is the best fried chicken I have ever had. It's perfectly cooked with an incredible crunch on the outside, while staying moist and juicy on the inside. The spices are absolutely delicious! I've been here over 15 times, and the consistency has always been amazing every single visit. The baked beans are also the best I've ever had. The French fries are seasoned perfectly with a great crunch while still having a fluffy texture inside. ‍Service: 6/5 The service at Gus's is top tier. Every server treats each table like they're the most important customers in the building. Special shoutout to Daisy -- the last few times I've visited, she has been my server, and she remembers me every time. She even knows my order by heart now!
