I've been there a handful of times now and can say that their customer service is great. Such thoughtful and kind people, they even offered to bring my food out to my car once it was ready. I've tried the Philly cheesesteak, their Penne alla no vodka pasta, and their fries (the fries are delicious). Their proportions are pretty good too. This place feels like my home away from home with the hospitality I received. Ate a double Chapli burger and I was sold on the first bite. I also took a bun kabab to go and the bread was not soggy at all when I got home an hour later! Wings are also the best I've had on the east coast. Also had the meat lovers with additional toppings and was instantly won over. I'm also a HUGE fan of the spring squares! I was fine with the wait times, especially since I didn't order all at once. There was also tons of pick-up and dine-in orders during my stay - so as long as my food tasted great it was worth it. I was also fine with the prices. I mean - it's one thing that the place is serving Zabiha Halal meat, it's also another thing when I'm satisfied with the experience! I also left a nice tip to the staff :). I like the huge variety of pizzas here, especially the chicken tikka pizza it's quite spicy flavorful. They take a long time to make the pizza but I suppose that's OK since it's fresh. The pizza is quite expensive. That's probably because it has zabihah halal meat. Parking is good here. The workers aren't particularly friendly so they could work on that. I appreciate the variety and flavor offered here. Wish it was cheaper i would buy more often. read more

Probably the best Halal wings ...actually the BEST WINGS I had in a really long time! So fresh and crispy every single bite .. heard about this spot from my childhood friend so we decided to go. I go here pretty often and the food is always good but the prices are insane. I believe they've raised it over time bc the menu prices in the pics on Yelp aren't accurate. First time my friend and I went we got the Nashville sandwich and the crispy sammich it was so goood, 10/10 recommend both. Went back again and got the chapli kabab burger with some add ons and it was also really good! A hidden gem of Franklin Square! This amazing place opened up recently and I've been dying to go check it out. I'm so glad I did because their food is amazing!! Truly impressed by how nice everyone working is, how clean, tasty and fresh their food is. I decided to try the achari tikka wrap with masala fries and a drink to make it a combo. It was very well packed, no messiness--a plus! The wrap was very flavorful, fresh, and they added extra jalapeños like I asked! The falooda was amazing and tasted just like back home. Truly recommend this place, just make sure to order ahead as they take about 20 minutes to ensure freshness of the order. They've won my taste buds!! Let's start off with service which was impeccable! The place was recommended by a friend who wouldn't stop raving about it. The chapli kebab burger and bun kebab burgers were excellent. The lamb chops are up there too. We also had the alfredo pasta with grilled chicken and veggies which had a lot of flavor, the alfredo sauce wasn't too heavy which is what I liked and I didn't feel too full. The buffalo chicken pizza and meat lovers pizza are really good too. The grand finale was the falooda!!!! It really hit the spot! The seating is a bit tight, it's a small place but all in all, great service and excellent food. We will definitely be back. I called them twice before showing up, the first time I said specifically that I had a coupon from restaurant.com asking what the process is, the 1st guy says that his boss is the one who processes that, but I can just order ahead of time. I said it's to early to order I'll call later because I want to come around 6:30, " should I call 15 mins before, I'm told no call 20 mins before. I call 25 minutes before to account for traveling, place my order, drive all the way there to be told oh we don't participate with that. We get that all the time. I work in management myself, if there is an ongoing issue I train my staff to be aware and address it upfront not to waste someone's time and tell them last minute. It could have all been avoided with professionalism, not deception. I will never go back here and will tell as many people as possible to stay far far away! read more
