    2 patty melts fries
    LaTasha L.

The patty melts were served hot, cheesy and made to order. It was quiet because it was a Tuesday afternoon. The potatoes were cooked well. It was greasy and o just don't think I would never pay $44 for 2 patty melts one frie and 2 can soda's ever again.

    Nice thick hot chicken Sammie

Excellent! I had just left a roaring Christmas in July Party at Harvest Hall. Sitting outside in the food court portion was Fire hawks. After looking at reviews and watching a few being prepared and serviced,I decided to order. They did a good job of preparing a fresh medium spicy and crispy chicken Sammie on a toasted Brioche. I was happy and would buy another.

    Disgusting inedible food
    Brian W.

Dis-gust-ing. Visited Firebawks on a Friday night close to closing time while in town. A couple of good reviews, so I was eager to try it out. Turned out to be one of the most disgusting food experiences I've ever had. Wanted of course to try the chicken, so I got the chicken tenders. Lots of other items, so I also got a patty melt. All to go from this food stand. I don't know what it was, but everything had some nasty, terrible taste. It seemed like the fryer oil, but the taste permeated not only the chicken, but also the Texas toast with the patty melt. It was like the oil was rancid. Completely inedible food. I went down to complain, but the place was closed and empty. There is no excuse for not changing frying oil, or whatever was the problem. There are lots of places in the food court. Skip this place.

Chicken Salad, Zucchini sticks, Mac & Chesse, Burger King

Honestly, where do I even start with this meal? I ordered a burger with mac and cheese, a salad, and zucchini sticks. The burger itself was pretty good, decent for what it was, but the mac and cheese was a total bust, it was soupy and tasted strongly of processed cheeses, most likely Velveeta. My friend ordered the chicken salad, and right away she noticed something was off. The menu clearly stated the salad had kale, but they gave her a bowl filled with romaine lettuce, with the smallest piece of flavorless, bland chicken. She told the person at the register, who insisted on seeing the plate, but since we were seated about 50 yards away, it was a bit of a hassle. They offered her a bowl of kale, and a complimentary side of waffle fries to try to make up. Although I can always appreciate a restaurant trying to fix their mistake, those fries? They tasted exactly like the generic frozen kind you buy at the grocery store. Charging $7.50 for those awful things is just crazy. Besides the okay burger, I don't believe I got my money's worth for what I ate, highly disappointing, and overall wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

I was very impressed with the fried shrooms and grilled cheese with mild chicken. Family agreed. Happy with my food hall choice!

While other servers seemed more focused on socializing with regulars than doing their jobs, Taylor stood out immediately. She stayed engaged, checked in at the right times, and made sure everything was handled without needing to be asked twice. That's not luck--that's professionalism. She brings a mix of intelligence and humor that makes the experience better without being forced or over the top. More importantly, she executes. Orders are right, timing is right, and the overall experience feels intentional--not neglected. If you're going to Rowdy Cowboy, don't leave it to chance. Ask for Taylor by name. She's an asset to that place, and based on what I saw, she's setting a standard others there aren't meeting

My Overall Rating - 3 1/2 Stars (5 Stars if you only care about service) Atmosphere - It's pretty electric. There is a large bar in the middle, tons of bar seating, and during my Thursday visit for lunch, it was packed. The vibes are good, and tons of TVs are showing sports. If you have an XY chromosome, this is your place. 1 Star. Service - Rowdy Cowboy is known for having great servers who are very friendly (and nice to look at). All tables were taken, so I sat at the bar. The bartenders were fast, efficient, and very friendly. They got my order wrong, but I don't care. Their friendliness made me not care. 1 Star. Food - Look, if you're here, you're not here for the food. I started with the Steak Frites. The steak was super tender but lacked seasoning. The shoestring fries were awesome and made the perfect pairing to the steak. I ordered the Brisket Sliders but ended up with Wagyu Sliders. I didn't mind because our bartenders were so friendly, but the sliders were just ok. Remember, this place is not known for the food. 1/2 Star. Will I Return? - Yes. Rowdy Cowboy knows exactly what it does well, and believe me it does it well. In fact, out of all the restaurants in this genre, Rowdy Cowboy has the friendliest staff. Yes, I will be back. 1 Star.

The only flaw with this place was some dirty tables despite the place being empty and I didn't really understand how the sugar system works for drinks. It's not explained other than percentages. I have no idea why I noticed it. No greeting when we entered, no checking in with us, no buh-bye when we left. I understand it is a fast casual place where you both order and pick up at the counter, but you'd think the owner of a brand new business would want to get feedback or make sure to get repeat business. It wasn't crowded and we could see the owner chatting with his employees. As far as the food goes, it was just meh. I had the garlic parmesan wings. I guess I expected something like other wing places that have a dry rub, but these wings came with a garlic parmesan sauce. The flavor was a little off putting but it was the texture that really did it for me. It wasn't quite grainy but it was headed on that direction, I guess from the parmesan. The boba in my milk tea tasted fresh and not chewy like they were from the day before, so there is that.

All smiles and eager to help, my kind of customer service! We were seated shortly after arrival, with no reservation, so that was nice! We dined in for Sunday brunch, nice sized crowd & the football games were on the TVs. Our server, Kevin, was so sweet and attentive. For the table: Fried catfish - amazing! Not too greasy, cooked perfectly and battered/seasoned well. Kevin confirmed that the fish is cooked in separate oil, win for me when I'm eating pescatarian. Waffle - delicious! Personally, I don't like my waffles crunchy so happy to report theirs were soft and fluffy! They add cinnamon to their batter which is a nice touch. Grits - both the cheese and regular were enjoyed! Cornbread - solid! A nice helping of butter served on top. Margarita - also solid! My only "pain point" would be that the building could use an update inside but clean nonetheless.

Super busy, inside the door was being held open since there was just people coming in and out. Had to get on a waitlist and that took an 45 to an hour to be seated. Once seated, the server wasn't anywhere to be found until 15 minutes after. I'm sure it was extremely backed up. But then the order didn't come after an hour. At that time, I didn't feel as hungry anymore so maybe I'll come back on a slower day. The food was decent but the sides were all pretty sodium loaded and the chicken was pretty greasy. The ambiance was and the hostesses were helpful. I would recommend to go on a slower day at least once if you haven't tried this place. Everything costs $60+, In my opinion the dishes are a bit overpriced. If you're watching out for your calories with this one then just forget it!

About 24 minutes went by & I asked the cashier, "is it too late to sit down & eat here?" since there was a table open & no one else waiting on dine in I didn't think it would be much harm. He replied "yeah you got that" I went and sat down & about a minute in the waitress approached us and asked if we checked in. I tried to explain the situation and she cuts me off "it doesn't work that way, you need to pickup your food and leave" then walks off to attend the other tables before I can explain. I try to get her attention again for a few more minutes & she's avoiding me walking around the section where I'm sitting. Then she asks someone if there's "anyone who needs seats" and grabs 2 menus & approaches the table again, this time I explain the whole situation & she gives a half assed apology & tells me she has "2 people who need this table now." I relent & go back to wait by the door. After another 6 minutes of waiting our food gets brought to the dining room by another server & she has to go find us by the front door. Now I'm eating in my car, the fries are delicious & perfectly crispy with a soft fluffy inside. The pepperoni pizza is delicious with some nice small slices of pepperoni so they aren't split between bites. & the burger tastes pretty good, the patty is well toasted & the brioche bun is a nice touch. The food is fantastic which is a bummer because I don't think I'll be frequenting this location if service continues to be like this. However I believe it can be improved with just more communication & a united front & listening to someone when they're talking & not walking off mid conversation. I will not try & pretend like I am not at fault here because I did complicate things when I tried to dine in after ordering to-go, but there are better ways to deal with these things.
