She is EXTREMELY attentive and her customer service was top tier. She made some amazing suggestions. We ordered the steak and eggs taco and the steak bowl. Both were pretty decent. We had the craft mimosas and Firebirds infamous Black Diamond Martini. If you're looking for a relaxing brunch, I highly recommend Firebirds. Just.. why? Had to send my meal back. I received an apology from the manager and an offer for a replacement. The meal was so bad I declined a replacement. Opted for a piece of cake. When I complained the waitress didn't bat an eye. She already knew, it appeared, the food I was served was not freshly prepared. Really, they should be ashamed. We visited Firebirds this evening, Christmas Eve day and as usual, have a very enjoyable meal. We were a party of four and this was not our first visit to this location. I will say, we planned ahead and made already made a reservation so there was no issue there. Once seated, our server, Kylie greeted us promptly. She was very attentive and had a fantastic personality! The restaurant was fairly busy and the kitchen may have taken a bit longer than the norm but we were busy enjoying each other's company and chatting periodically with our new bff, Kylie that it didn't phase us. It is possible that they may have been a bit under staffed but for us, as long as the server is fantastic and we have the time available, we're good. We had a party of 10 celebrating my son's and son-in-law's birthday on Sunday. Two of us ordered prime rib but after a long wait, we were informed the prime rib would be well done and if that was not acceptable, we could order something else, which we did. Most everyone had finished their dinners before our replacement steaks arrived. The manager comped those two meals and after seeing how long we waited for the last two meals, provided some gift cards. The customer service was excellent. The feel is somewhat opposite of Buffalo Wild Wings that is across the lot. If you like conversation during dinner versus big screen viewing go to Firebirds. The food and service are excellent. For the most part, our meals were delicious. Two in our party ordered Tuna, one a salad and one an appetizer, both really liked them. I ordered a burger and tots. Something changed about a year ago and this place has jumped the shark HARD. Their famous lobster dip used to be fresh with colored chips, now they use generic out of the bag chips, and the dip isn't fresh but reheated in the microwave (hot and cold at the same time). First off, the bar is a fabulous spot to unwind with friends. It's got all the modern vibes you could ask for, but when I ordered a martini, I nearly fell off my chair at the almost $15 price tag! And no, my friends, it wasn't even happy hour. I mean, I love a good cocktail as much as the next person, but I expect my drink prices to be a little less shocking... like a jump scare in a horror movie! Now, I did go back during happy hour, and I must say, the value was way more friendly. We mixed and matched some appetizers and actually managed to leave feeling a bit full with a $60 bill for two. Not too shabby! But then, oh boy, the food prices were still sky-high. It really is a great place to go on those special occasions because the staff is so personable. Baylea and Kylie are excellent servers at this location. I drove an hour, excited for the meal, only to have a frustrating evening. My group arrived at 8:30 PM, and we didn't leave until midnight, even though the restaurant closes at 11. I ordered the three-course menu with a lemonade drop, and sadly, the salad and lemonade were the only highlights of the night. My entrée, a medium-well steak, came out burnt and tough. The server was doing her best to manage a party of 15 on her own, as the other server had walked out. I spoke to her about my steak, and while she was very accommodating and took it off my bill, the experience was still rough. To top it off, while we were waiting to settle our bill, two men started spraying the entire restaurant for bugs. I felt the need to bag my clothes when I got home. This restaurant is connected to the mall, and the mall is connected to the convention center, which is connected to my hotel. It was a good meal! I ordered the filet with bleu cheese and mushrooms. The mushrooms seemed to be covered in sugar, so I didn't like those. But the filet and bleu cheese were delicious! The mashed potatoes were also good! Immediately the hostess to seat 3 people directly behind us. 5 minutes later the hostess sat two very loud gentleman right next to us. The remainder of our section was devoid of people. We come in and I don't see the crab cake salad on the menu, I ask the waiter and he lets me know that they can in fact make it. What you showed on your online menu and what I received we're definitely not the same thing. Also, listed online under February specials is Glazed garlic salmon. Online the cost is $21.95, in the restaurant the same meal is listed for $30.95. I was told if I wanted to other the salmon they would honor the online price. read more

There was four of us in our party tonight. We arrived at 7:50pm for dinner after church. Their signature salad which is their classic is supposed to be served with spiced pecans. No pecans at all was served on the salad. We had to complain to receive some. We waited over an hour for our meals. Everyone of our meals were cold. The Chilean Sea Base was two pieces maybe an inch in diameter. It was cold. The prime rib was cold. We were not charged but it was a waste of an evening. The manager was very young and didn't have any resolution other than to not charge us for meals we were not going to pay for anyway. Hire some experienced staff. If ingredients are not available then change your offerings so you can produce a consistent product. Don't bring out dishes that do not meet standards and wait for the customer to refuse.
