I came here for the first time with my husband, aunt and cousin. All of our first times. After a long day of working at a local convention I wanted a place I could take my family to eat at. It's very rare I can find a place everyone can agree on let alone a place where I can enjoy a nice meal with a group as I am typically the only vegan. We got there what I thought was late, about 45 mins to closing and typically that is a dining red flag for me, however we received nothing but kindness and great service and food. I really hate that I don't have the waitress name, it was Sunday the 12th between 7-8, if that jogs anything. But she was knowledgeable and friendly and fun. On the way home we were talking about the experience we had and how we found our new "spot" when we head up to Stockton to see my family. Charred on the outside crust, the only negative thing I have to say is when we ordered the meatballs on one occasion (first time ordering them) they were dry and overcooked. I am so glad this place opened up! They make a damn good pizza and am glad they aren't just a truck anymore. I've tried a couple of the pies and they are all pretty good except I wasn't a big fan of the cheeseburger one to be honest. The pizza was great, however, the service left a bad taste in my mouth. I used to love dining here but I went around my birthday (April) with my family and had really bad service unfortunately. After reading previous reviews, I realized someone else had a poor experience with a server with pink hair, which was who we had that night. For starters, we ordered two garlic cheese breads for our appetizer but when they were brought to our table, one was a garlic cheese bread while the other was a flatbread with rosemary and no cheese. I didn't say anything of it because we were having a good time and everyone enjoyed it despite it not being what we ordered. Next, we ordered the three wise, along with a few other pizzas, and noticed ingredients were missing again. I had only been there a few times prior to this and I've gotten the three wise each time. It was missing ingredients (I think I said it had an ingredient that it didn't have, which I apologized for because I was trying to think off of the top of my head due to not having a menu, but it was definitely missing something because my family noticed too) so I brought it up to the waitress. She stated that the Three Wise was actually called "The Three Wise Men" and that it was what I ordered then she laughed in my face, despite it saying differently on the menu. I asked if she would be able to bring a menu to see if we can order something else. When she brought over the menu, I pointed out which ingredients were missing from the pizza and she stated "Sometimes it's based on the ingredients they have and not what is listed on the menu" but I was confused because this wasn't mentioned when we ordered it. A different staff member came over, said she would take the pizza back, then brought out the actual Three Wise we ordered. This honestly was one of the saddest, most embarrassing experiences I've had for a birthday celebration at a restaurant because the pink hair waitress spoke to me with a condescending tone and constantly laughed in my face. Went twice and both times the service was ridiculous. The first time we were told it was a 30 minute wait and then it turned to an hour. Also, the table was dirty when I sat down. Then it took them another 20 minutes just to get our order. When we did order my niece wanted an tiki cup and they gave it free of charge. No drink, nothing just an empty cup. I was hesitant to go again due to service and decided to give it a second chance. This time we immediately got sat down and it took 10 minutes to get our order. The waitress was checking in pretty often and My 3 year old niece once again wanted a tiki cup and the waitress told us she will see if she's able to give it to us. Then later she did hand it to us but then when we got the receipt we noticed a charge of $12 for just an EMPTY tiki cup that you can't keep. We were never notified about there being a charge for just using the cup or else we would never get it!? Completely ridiculous. Foods good but the service is ridiculous both times coming here we have had issues. When we brought it up to the waitress her response was that we charge it as if there was liquid in the cup and you're ordering a drink. But it was an empty cup...for a three year old...? RESPONSE TO THE OWNERS REPLY: 1. Thank you for proving your restaurant is not child friendly. She's literally 3 years old and was not even loud? But thank you for "graciously" accepting my nieces "screams". Also it was not "children" it was 1 child, 3 adults both times. 2. I was actually seated by the waitress herself and she did not clean the table. This was during my first visit, I had pizza sauce on my arm. In which I had to go to your dirty bathroom to wash off the food on my arm. 3. I ordered both times a tiki cup alcoholic beverage and an extra tiki cup on the side for the three year old to drink water out of. Both times but I was only charged for the second time? I don't think you seem to understand. Also, there was no mention of being able to keep the tiki cup on anything or else I would have kept it during my first visit? Both times there has been a lack of communication and understanding on your businesses end. Please re-read the original statement I have stated. 4. Your response is terrible and please to take into consideration the feedback your customers are stating. If you do not like it please do not respond. I'm from Sacramento but decided to follow them on Social media to hopefully get the chance again one day. Soon I saw they had opened an establishment/Restaurant location. I FINALLY found myself passing though the area the other day and decided to stop in. The atmosphere is upscale, trendy, clean and nice. Wine and beer is flowing in a relaxed and upscale manner. The staff is amazing. We had Ericka as our server and she was very knowledgeable and sweet. We ordered the bread wIth Ricotta, I cant remember what pizza we ordered but it was so good and I took the fired chilis to go. Still amazing that evening. Fired Pizza is a welcomed addition to North Stockton! Their main focus is guess what? Wood Fired Pizza! They do have some nice additions for Appetizers and you can add in a salad for roughage (I'm old school) but the main feature is the special oven used to Frank out delicious pizza. The outside of the space is probably where you want to be, weather permitting. There is an amazing fireplace and patio with outdoor lights strung across the main building to make it festive. Also, the service was very good and they allow you to bring your own wine but the corkage was 20 bucks. I think 15 is a fair deal but I didn't look at their wine selection. Overall, I would revisit to try more pizza but I would probably skip the app, try their wine, and maybe challenge them a bit on their 90 min policy. We joined another group and we're sharing wine but they were really busy so I guess we overstayed our welcome! Still, its nice to see a locally owned and operated facility crushing it during interesting times. read more

It is unique and the way they prepare it but I can say it's not ingredients the way they advertise it sounds tantalizing but when you get the pizza, you don't see the potatoes you don't see the rice and if there is, it's parsley put on the pizza very thin it is fired. That's why they call it fired pizza, but I was not impressed. The thing I was the most impressed about is there ales they have different types of beers ooo let Ty for your response Daniel ..but I never mentioned wanting chunks of potatoes. I was pointing out how parsley (little) the ingredients are put on the pizza to the point where I could not taste anything other than the cheese and the crust. And the 4 pieces meat. Was so surprised that there was a legit Neapolitan Pizza joint in Stockton! They have an amazing pizza oven from Italy and sling great tasting pies! The Serrano-sausage, three wise, lusty lady, pig man lives, shroom and olives were our favorites. I've been to Fired a few times. This review is for the outside seating experience only. The three wise pizza is my favorite pizza. This time however, the pizza was a bit burned and I didn't enjoy it as much. Additionally, I went about 5:30pm and they turned the heaters and had the fire-pit on. Although nice looking, the fire-pit was sending ashes everywhere. Including in our drinks and pizza. This is not safe and raises contamination concerns. I would recommend keeping the fire-pit off and just using the heaters. Message to the owner: Learn how to receive feedback and respond professionally to your customers.
