Don't go! Stopped by today to get a basic turkey sub. Specifically said no onions since onions is on the basic fixings and then just cucumbers. Simple right? The girl making the sandwich put onions AND black olives. She blamed the register guy and he told her to look at the ticket. No one is taking responsibility. She goes to remake it and I had to repeat my order 3 more times. Finally got it. Get in my car. I pick up the first sandwich a there's so much turkey on it and it falls right off the tiny bread. It was overly stuffed as if she wanted to ruin it. Took a bits and stuffed it back but gave up on it. Move on to the other half and there is a fkn bug on it! It's put in box and bag before it's out the door and I went from the front door a few steps to my car. The bug got on the inside the shop! $21 down the dam drain! I'm starving and just wanted a sandwich. You all are awful!

6/10/24: Firehouse has really tanked. Super small sandwiches for high prices. Our 'medium' sandwiches were barely finger sandwich size. I would give 0 stars if I could. This chain has gone down hill and at this point not only would I not recommend this location, but I would not recommend any Firehouse Subs.

This was my Firehouse Steak and Cheese I ordered 5/15/23. It is exactly how I opened the box. Paper was sitting on top of the sandwich.

I went to Firehouse on 5/15 around 4:00pm. To give back story: I was the only guest and there were 3 associates. They were friendly. As I ordered my 3 sandwiches, the girl who rang me up was the same person who made all three sandwiches. As the girl was making my sandwich, the other two were loudly complaining about another manager and what is or is not there job duties. Their language was very colorful and they did not care if a customer was in the store. When I got home I opened the monstrosity the is attached. This was absolutely horrible. It looked like the girl tried to make a small sandwich fit into a large bun. Then there were no toppings that come with the typical sandwich. By this time I was livid, because I drove home and had this crap sitting in front of me. I had no time to take it back. So, I left a complaint on the Firehouse website and asked for a call back. I also called the store to get the store manager's name and schedule so I could call. The employee said her name might be LuLu (she thinks). And that she is training at another store. Fast Forward to 5/16. I called the corporate offices and was told that there was nothing they could do except let the store know. I called the store and asked if I could speak with LuLu and was told that she wasn't here. The associate then passed the phone on to the assistant manager Tabitha. She asked if she could help. I politely said I would rather talk with LuLu. Tabitha then said in a short tone, "She will be back Monday." I said thank you and Tabitha just hung up. No good-bye just dial tone. I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK TO THIS STORE! Against my better judgement I went to the Firehouse closest to me instead of traveling to the Smoky Hill and Aurora Pkwy store. NEVER Again. These stores are individually owned and operated. Steer clear of this one.

Sandwiches 100% real good. Staff are legit friendly and they get it done. 100% underrated no cap fr fr on god. Literally everywhere in the US is facing a labor shortage, so y'all don't be salty.

Italian n it was delicious. 2nd half spiked with Captain Sorensen's Datil pepper hot sauce was even better.

It's pretty competitive market in Denver when it comes to sub sandwiches and especially when i m having a cheat day, I gotta have something outstanding. Viola, Firehouse sub it is. It was my 2nd time trying it and was glad that I by-passed others and drove that extra mile to get here. Today's pick was Hero sandwich on wheat and with the slice of pickles and assorted sauces to complement my sub, I was very happy to have this as my cheat meal. As usual, I enjoyed the mayo and mustard that came with the sandwich and finished up with the sweet and hot bbq sauce. I had to mop up this great tasting sauces using the bread I want gonna eat. Hey.... I know it is a cheat meal but don't have to eat all the bread. Thanks to marvelously delicious sauces, didn't have much bread throw away. It I was at the subway, I would had no problem throwing away the bottom piece of bread. By the way, staff always greet you with "welcome to firehouse" and... they will bring you the meal to your table. I forget the guys name bit he was very polite and courteous. Taste, quality, service, character. .. i wouldn't mine paying bit more for great subs. What shall I try next time? .... hmmm... decisions decisions...

First off the service is absolutely impeccable. The lady that helped us out at first was so kind and patient. Usually at stand up to order places I feel rushed but not here. The kindness is felt in the AIR. We ordered The Romanos meatball and it was the BEST MEATBALL SANDWICH I've ever had in my LIFE and my partner agreed. It was everything you want in a sandwich. The meatballs are HUGE and the bread is soft, the cheese is SO cheesy. I wasn't that hungry and we ordered 1 sandwich thinking I would have a few bites but I ended eating a whole half lol I was THAT good! So my partner ordered another sandwich. They were out of the one he wanted so you know were already planning a trip back! Like tomorrow FR lols The gentleman that helped my partner out for round 2 was also very nice, friendly and generous. I promise- walking in the atmosphere felt very warm, clean, cozy, and welcoming. There was also a customer that couldn't stop making phone calls and talking about HIS sandwich and how good this place is and we could not agree more. I cannot stress this enough, this is my new favorite place.

I generally avoid leaving lower reviews on "mom and pop" places because I don't want to impact their ability to live. But their response to my daughter's comments rubbed me the wrong way. So, let that color your take on my bias of the rest of my review, but it's honest and accurate. While we were there, I found the owners very friendly, nice, and kind to us. They were very conscientious in fixing their mistakes, and I appreciated that. They're not nice with online retorts to less-than-stellar reviews. The food was fine, and my father loved his lox and cream cheese on a cinnamon bagel. He is eager to have the second half for lunch tomorrow. I found my own turkey sandwich incredibly difficult to eat as it presented more like an open-faced sandwich in need of a plate and cutlery. The sub roll literally wrapped halfway around the contents and fell apart after every attempt at a bight. I would have preferred a quarter of the oil (which was not in the menu description), as it overwhelmed most of the other flavors. SO MUCH OIL! Oil was going everywhere (Not in the menu description). My wife and I both got the turkey sandwiches, and neither had mustard (which was in the menu description). We both got a couple of banana peppers (also not in the menu description), and mine had a sundried tomato (also not in the menu description). SO MUCH OIL! For a $19 sandwich, the construction of the sandwich is flawed, and the flavors need tuning. Plus, they claim they are consistent with their menu, but my experience and other reviews tends to discredit that claim. You be the judge. With these changes, I would have gone back. However, while I did NOT get this feeling when I was there at all, but in reading that response to my daughter's review, and their responses to many other negative reviews, I now believe they have a huge chip on their shoulders and lash out more than is acceptable, which is zero. I'm sorry for their attitude because I predict it will be their downfall. I rate them at two stars because of the attitude that I experienced after we left, and seeing their online responses. I would've otherwise given them three stars because of the food.

This one's got a cozy, small-town vibe, tucked between other shops with plenty of seating both inside and outside. From the second I walked in, I was greeted with big smiles and a friendly "Welcome in!" The staff here are genuinely nice and make you feel at home. Of course, I had to get my go-to: The Bronx Bomber: pastrami, egg salad, spicy mustard, Cajun sauce(my add on always) on both sides, pumpernickel bread, lettuce, tomato, and thin-sliced red onion. Absolute perfection. This sandwich always slaps. My coworkers saw it and immediately asked, "Where did you get that?" Told them straight up -- Mainstreet Parker, Heidi's got another location. Every bite takes me back to the NYC delis I grew up with and miss dearly. If you're craving a legit New York-style deli sandwich with flavor that hits every time (and comes with potato salad or chips), this is the spot. The order would be ready quickly, in 5-10 minutes. First disappointment was that they were out of the chicken salad I craved. I ordered egg salad instead, with bacon, on a hoagy roll with sesame seeds on top, pickle spear, and potato salad for my side. The egg salad was very good (lettuce and tomato added), bacon was a short piece on each half of the sandwich, so not worth the $2.50 up charge, I'd say. The hoagy roll was fresh and generously sized. (I saved 1/2 my sandwich for later.) The potato salad was meh, but luckily there was very little of it. Should've have selected the Lay's potato chips, or one of the other chip options available with an up charge. Hubby was very disappointed with his corned beef Reuben. The marble rye bread was chewy (is that normal?), and the only condiment he requested, mustard, was missing from his sandwich. The sandwich itself was smaller than expected. Again, the potato salad side was astonishingly tiny. We decided it was a 3-bite portion. We were able to park out front in the street to pick up our order. There are a few tables inside, but they unoccupied at 6:30 pm on a weeknight. No plans to visit again.
