Specifically, the inappropriately sesame-seeded bread was too airy & fluffy. The cold cuts were sliced too thickly, and densely piled together into a brick-like slab of meats. It all added up to a sandwich, although carefully made, didn't really satisfy my soul the way a good sandwich should. Unfortunately, I've had the same experience at their shop in Fort Collins, so maybe this style of very pretty, but vapid sandwiches are just not my jam.

Later this year I went there a few weeks back and got 2 plates of chicken shawarma and the meat was burnt and dry the rice was on the colder side and the plates are TINY! I still enjoyed the nostalgic feeling of eating their food like I did during high school and it brings back good memories and I really love this business and hope them the best but I wish they do better in the future down the road.

Since my orders are constantly wrong, I started calling ahead just to politely remind them about the extra chili. Yesterday, the worker recognized me immediately and gave me attitude, saying, "You call here all the time." Yes... because my order is almost always made incorrectly. As a paying customer, I should not feel like I'm inconveniencing employees for wanting my food made properly.
