I really don't like giving a review like this, but it was disappointing. I have visited Groucho's in the Columbia area and they were much better. While food taste and value usually come first, the appearance (cleanliness) also contributes to the experience. I've read other reviews that share similar experiences, so this is not a solitary moment. Hopefully feedback helps, maybe owners/managers will see the need to react to concerns.
