Fast and pretty affordable for a large family to eat. The food comes out quickly and they can accommodate changes to an order like not having nuts in a salad or subbing a type of cheese or dressing. The Newks q is a super unique sandwich and is really good. My Cobb salad was very generous with blue cheese and all of the additions to the salad. My only concern was that it was not super clean with empty plates from previous families still on the table. You can get a combo with a soup and salad, sandwich and salad or soup, or a whole sandwich with your choice of side. Sides are chips, fruit cup, pasta salad, or coleslaw. We usually get sandwiches and the bread is always perfectly soft, but still has a bite to it. The salads are great here too! They have fountain soda as well as fresh brewed sweet and unsweet tea with free refills. Plenty of seating inside or take it to go! I really wanted soup since they had a food variety of flavors, but it was just so hot outside. I also felt like it was hot in the restaurant. Upon sitting down to wait for our food, it was hot in there and almost felt like the A/C was not working. It was really stuffy. I ordered the chicken, bacon, and swiss. The chicken was dry, glad there was honey mustard for the sandwich. I just got chips as my side. Visit was ok, but did not scream I have to come back. I did appreciate the clean bathroom and there was an employee bussing the tables and cleaning them in betwen customers. Every time I have ever asked anyone about this place they always say I had their food and catering. They must be a monster in the catering world. Every time I pass them by I've said I'm going to try them one day. So after 3 hours of watching Oppenheimer we decided to finally visit. Side note... You have to really be a history buff to appreciate oppenheimer. I've heard everyone say how it was a great movie. They could have kept the first hour. It led nothing to the actual story in my opinion. But as I figured this is a place that specializes in sandwiches and salads. They have some versatility which leaves me curious. Curiosity always brings me back to a place. So I will be back. But I have to agree with most people I've heard. They are kind of basic. Not a lot of flavor in the food or anything different. Which are the things I am always looking for. The pieces are not that good. Lacking a lot of flavor. If I was in the area and just wanted to stop to get a bite to eat I would probably revisit.
