Food was really good. I liked brisket sandwich a lot! Meat was tasty and moist, bread was fresh with a crunchy pickle spear on the side. Kids meal came with a cute hat and dessert. My son picked brownie, which was a great choice. Very clean and nice inside. Service was good, I asked for firehouse sauce to try and was given a small package. Placed an order for pick up. Picked it up and bag was stapled shut, didn't think anything of it. Drove 20 mins home only to find I only had half my order. Called the store and was told I could either drive back to the store and pick it up or contact my bank to get a refund because apparently they can't issue refunds when you place the order through a 3rd party (when though I placed the order through their website). Decided to order today. I'm across town so I schedule a future pick up time for that day. Upon realizing I'd be late, I tried changing the pick up time on the app. I couldn't do it. So I tried calling the store. And call the store I did. For over an hour. No answer. So I can't cancel the order on the app...the app states you have to cancel the order at the store. By now I'm frustrated that I have to go to the store to cancel an order that I've been trying to change then cancel for over an hour. The guy behind the counter is kinda flippant after I explain what happened and how I've been calling for over an hour to no avail. He simply states "We were busy." That's it. So I try to cancel the order there and I'm told I have to cancel the order on the app. See where there is going? The mgr Kristy then gives me a bogus corporate phone number which in turn tells you to go online which in turn tells you to contact the store. This is the most insane interaction I've had with restaurant ever. Don't waste your time or money here. Also, with several people behind the counter, when I told them how many times I tried to reach them, one guy said "we were busy" rudely. read more

So it took like 10-15 minutes. At home 2 miles away by freeway, we dove in. They looked the same. My son ate half of mine before we realized our switch. Both were soggy. We ordered complete sandwiches but the fillings were either missing or invisibly sparse. Resulting color? beige. Ugh. Only hunger moved us to finish them. Oh one of the chips was missing. There is a manager that is always present when go in to eat with my family. I believe her name is Yesi. This manager is always mistreating her workers in more than one way. she is seen making them do certain things repeatedly while she does nothing. she has little to no respect for her workers, and acts as if she's still in high school when addressing them. The position of manager should be held to those who can handle and act the way of the title. Yesi does not correctly represent this title, or represent the message firehouse is trying to emit to its customers. Additionally, me n my family have witnessed this manager abuse her title of manager to get out of doing her work. Poor communication, failure to address concerns, lack of respect and unequal treatment is not something I think firehouse wants to be known for but it's what it's going to be known for if they continue to hire people like yesi. A manager should lead by example, be accessible to team members and be a team player with their workers. I hope firehouse does the right thing. read more

I have ordered from this location twice on UberEats. The first time, several items were missing and the quality of the received food was poor and soggy. I gave the location the benefit of the doubt and ordered again today because I wanted a sandwich. I ordered the Veggie Sandwich that comes with "sauteed bell peppers, sauteed mushrooms, sauteed and raw onions, lettuce, tomato, mayo, deli mustard, Italian dressing, provolone, cheddar, and Monterey Jack." I received a DRY PIECE OF BREAD WITH ONLY ONIONS AND PEPPERS ON IT. I also ordered a grilled cheese as a backup, because who can mess up a grilled cheese? The sandwich wasn't grilled, but only buttered bread with cheese. Also the pickle spear was missing. It almost seems intentional that someone would/could mess up so badly. We went here the other day and the service was horrible. There were 3 kids working but at first only one was making sandwiches. There were multiple people waiting and there needed to be more people making sandwiches to keep up. A few minutes later the boy that was "working" told me that I needed to be patient because they only had 3 people working. First let me start by saying I LOVE FIREHOUSE SUBS. What I don't like is...how poorly managed this particular location is. I've never encountered so many instances of basic chaos over sandwiches. I mean there is no lack of employees watching the poor soul who is trying to resolve whatever catastrophe is going on: carry-out order not made, wrong order given, credit card machine not taking card, etc etc. It is like all of the other employees are watching someone build a rocket ship. They stand and stare without any attempt to help. There is no lack of friendliness here. The employees are all friendly and happy to see you come in. Unfortunately they are all scared to make a decision when a problem arises and what I can only presume is that they are not trained. Someone help these poor kids. They are trying and I actually watched one call the manager on the phone when they couldn't resolve an issue while three other employees watched. And none of them even opened the other register to take other patrons orders???? Where are the managers? Come in and train these kids so their job doesn't suck and this delicious chain can get some good reviews. read more

We have been to firehouse subs a few times and their sandwiches are pretty decent. The last couple times we came was because we found online that kids eat free on Sundays. For each adult meal purchased you get a free kids meal for your child. The manager also told us this bit of information after we ordered our meal, so we thanked her for that. When we went back that evening with family, but the person behind the counter did not offer us that, in fact he even tried to say we couldn't do that. I can't remember his reason why, but we reminded him of what we had done earlier that day and then it does say with every adult meal purchased you get a free kids meal for your child. So he did eventually give us our free kids meals. The sandwiches or hot, unless you don't want it hot. They asked us on our children's subs if they wanted them hot or not. You get to choose from dozens of carbonated beverages in the machine, or you can have ice tea, sweet or unsweet. read more

I really like Firehouse Subs but had a bad experience at this location for several reasons. 1. It smells strange, very unappetizing 2. It's super warm inside - probably at least 78 degrees. I can't imagine eating a hot sub, in a hot store, on a hot day. 3. The wait time with two people in the store for one sub was 15 minutes 4. Finally, the most infuriating part of the visit, my sub had about half the meat that I'm accustomed to. It tastes good, but definitely wasn't worth the $11 I paid. read more

The subs were perfect and very nicely made like picture perfect, you can tell they were not rushed with how many they had and tasty. I've been to this location multiple times and always had a great experience. My husband has never been so we went for dinner and it was the worst experience. 3 teenagers were working and they were more worried about socializing than taking care of customers. He ordered the Cheese Steak and I ordered the Italian.. his came out with raw bell pepper and cold and mine came out with nothing but mayo, meat, and cheese. The girl working made me a new sandwich with everything it was supposed to come with and it was delicious until I got to the second half of the sandwich and pulled a long dark hair out of the inside of it. We love firehouse subs but did not have a good experience at this location tonight. We walked in and it smelled like a nail salon for some reason. We were the only ones in the restaurant w 4 employees working and waited a really long time for our order. After we ate I had to order dinner for my daughter to-go and that order (soup & a small meatball sub) took 20 min! The soup, meatballs & bread are pre-made. Not sure why this took so long. I was here on a Wednesday night with no other customers in front of me and it took more than 15 minutes(I'm being generous) to get my sandwich. There were 3, maybe 4 people working there at the time and all appeared like it was the first time they had ever made a sandwich. My only "special" request for my sandwich was that they leave the mayonnaise off. I get back to my hotel after waiting forever for my sandwich only to find that it was slathered with mayo. I love firehouse, but I quit going to this location after my sandwich was wrong every single time I came in. They would mix around the toppings between mine and my boyfriend meals. Or they would completely leave out 2+ toppings. Or put on toppings I repeatedly told them to leave off. I typically would go here 2+ times a week, everything we walked in someone would start saying our order, which they had completely wrong. I would tell them the correct order and they would still get it wrong.. With the ticket right in front of them. It was very disappointing since this is my favorite sandwich place to go, which is the only reason I left two stars. The staff here deserves none at all but the chain is great! My son picked up our order and we tried the new Pub steak . Our mistake in thinking they would actually put all the ingredients on it that it should have.
