Sandwiches were sloppy, messy and falling apart. Bag and boxes COVERED in grease or oil, I'm not even sure. Took easily 20 minutes for cold cuts and veggies on bread? But on one visit, a man in a firehouse subs uniform came in and started yelling at the staff, calling them curse words and making a scene. This not only created a hostile work environment, it also made a hostile environment for the customers. I was going to report this person to the owner, so I asked a staff member who he was but he WAS the owner! All I can say is this place can make some killer sandwiches. Last time I was here the Italian sub was delicious and definitely not skimpy with any ingredients. We had great service and would definitely come back again for more delicious sandwiches. I'm glad to see they are fixing to open another store closer to my house so we can't wait. read more

I should have known better than to order from this location again. The last time I did it was horrible too, But my father in law is in the hospital and this is the closest one. I will NEVER make that mistake again. I ordered through the app and I sent my daughter to pick it up. The food was ready when my daughter and son in law got there. However, our cups were not. When the employee was asked about the cups, my daughter was rudely instructed "to just get her own cups." My family always gets sweet tea to drink due to medical conditions where carbonation is a trigger. They were out of sweet tea. When the employee was alerted there was no sweet tea, his response was "that's all we have, we don't have anymore". Didn't offer to make more or anything. They also didn't have any Coke, which was what my husband always gets. To top it off, my sandwich wasn't made properly. I asked for no onion and they put onion on it. And there was bacon on it which I did not ask for nor does the sandwich come with it. The customer service at this location is absolutely AWFUL. I ordered 3 sandwiches on Door Dash. One of them is completely incorrect, not even the right sandwich. I re-order through the app (which is what is required), Firehouse re-makes and sends it back through Grub Hub. Guess what? It's wrong again. I attempt to re-order through the app, and they say that the restaurant is closed. I go in to the restaurant the next day and talk to a manager. He looks like he just rolled out of bed. I explained the problem from the night before, and he clearly did not believe me, although he did offer to give me a chocolate chip cookie. No apology for the messed-up order, no offer to re-make the sandwich. He was sweating so much I was afraid the stress of talking to a customer was going to give him a heart attack, so I left. read more

This is my very first time every trying Firehouse Subs and for whatever reasons. I am not a big fan on the way the sandwich tasted. Their bread isn't tasty. The moment we stepped into the establishment, we checked out the menu and while I was debating if I wanted the club sub or an Italian. A young cashier, blonde female (her name might of been Eliana - can't remember. I do know it starts with an E) waited impatiently for us to decide which sandwich to order. She went over to one of a young male who was prepping sandwiches and she basically had her arms around him, whispered something into his ears and he quickly looked up at our direction. You can tell she was either with him or flirting with him. Either way, from a customer point of view (me). It doesn't look good. I am not sure if they were talking crap about us, that's not the point. The point I'm trying to make here is she was extremely unprofessional about working there. She was showing plenty of PDA to this male even her co-workers just stared at each other like they were in disbelieve. Their stares were something as if they've witnessed one too many times. Who knows, maybe she's the owner's daughter or just one "not smart" girl who cares about this boy more than her work. After taking our orders, she immediately went back and showed more PDA to this young male. Whether this is a fast food sandwich or a fine dining, her work ethic is not professional and quite frankly immature. It really left me a sour taste to this establishment how a manager would allowed this to happen. I've always wanted to try a Firehouse Subs and so glad I did because I don't think I will ever come back to this place nor any other Firehouses. Let alone, own one. read more

Day manager had several online and phone orders and was rude to customers when they were asking about their orders. It seemed as if the work environment there was stressful because of the manager spouting off things to the employees and rolling his eyes at them while the lobby was full of customers. A customer came in and asked about his order while looking at a bag that was on the counter and the manager snapped at him and told him those were napkins . When the customer asked about his order they didn't have it customer stated he placed it over 30 minutes earlier I probably won't be taking another online order to pick up from firehouse subs during the day since it took them 30 minutes to get my order ready and it was just one sandwich. The late night shift seems to have your stuff together and I've never waited more than a few minutes for an order that was more than just one sandwich and I'll never felt I was in a stressful situation waiting for an order there of of a night. read more

However the last time we went to this location they was out of the hot sauce we like and we was told they could not bring anymore out because of a "check list" they do on Mondays.
