The people were really nice and I loved my sub! I got a Club - 9/10. It was pretty clean.

Disappointed with each item. Usually awesome food. Potato soup runny and literally 4 small pieces of potatoes in a "bowl". Salad half full with no cucumbers and little lettuce. Turkey bacon ranch was the worst. Weird chunks of turkey, different, flat bread, hardly any veggies, no ranch sauce on it, and there were 2 chunks of bacon off to the side, not even on the sandwich. I got one pickle but had asked for an extra. I know, "it's just a sub shop", but I've come to expect more from my great past experiences. read more

Every time I go here with my family they always get our order wrong! I have gone here multiple times with my brother and he always asks for no onions and no mayonnaise. The last two times we have gone they have done the exact opposite of what he asked for, and have put onions and mayonnaise on my brother's sandwich. They have also gotten my order wrong in the past. First visit today and will be my last. Greeted by VERY grumpy girl at the register - should have bailed right then. I asked if they offer wraps and you would have thought that I was asking for something hard. I was told by a very grumpy lady that " you're the only person who has ever asked for a wrap. We don't offer wraps because we serve hot food, and the wrap would not stand up to the hot food". What? I get wrap in just about every other sandwich shop I frequent - with hot or cold sandwiches. Lame. Even though I was the only person waiting for sandwiches, it took at least 20 minute for me to get my food, but the biggest letdown were the sandwiches. Ordered three medium steak & cheese subs and while the flavor was good, the tiny amount of steak was such a joke. And I do mean tiny. I'd guess there was about 2oz of meet on the sub roll. All bread and little protein. Same reason I no longer go to Capriotti's down the street. Do better or you will never make it. There are many more options in Fort Mill now and well below-average no longer has to be accepted. read more

Only writing based off the bathroom because I feel it needs to be addressed. First off there is a child's potty sitting in the dining room right when you walk in.... Next the toaster is broken and there is a huge delay in sandwiches being made with no explanation. I only know because it's clear with the manager running back and forth talking on her cell phone about the breaker not switching and the staff talking about the broken toaster. Ordered through Door Dash this afternoon, and nothing wrong with delivery but food today was not that good. I ordered cheesesteak with NO peppers or NO onions..... and got exactly the opposite. Bread was dry and the cheese was almost nonexistent. I am utterly surprised because they have knocked it out of the park before! I will be back..... bit will try others for now!! Food was good for a $10 sandwich but jeez.....you would have thought I was at Del Frisco's fir as long as it took to get a sandwich. In fact, I would have gotten my steak faster. I was hesitant to write this review since this location is newer, but decided to in an effort to be constructive in hopes this place will be amazing as they get settled. First, I love firehouse subs - the only sub place I'll eat. I typically go to the one off of Providence by Whole Foods and the staff there is very kind and warmly greets you. They often come to your table and greet you. And I love their signature soda blend with the limes - absolute liquid gold. During my visit (a little bit after the meal time rush) we were greeted but it kinda felt forced. The staff just didn't seem as warm - it could have been that they're a little stressed from being new so I'll give them the benefit of the doubt. It wasn't very busy at all but our food seemed to have taken about 15 min. When we did get our food there was a bunch of sauce or something on the side of our bag and we noticed it at the same time as the person giving it to us and she took it back and we thought she was going to give us a new bag, but she instead did a quick half-wipe and gave us back the soiled bag. To top it all off I ordered a sub that had 3 main ingredients - when I arrived home, one was missing. Again - this could all be because they're new but it seemed like everyone was new to the food service industry. Since food is a commodity, service is king. I do think they have the potential to do really well so I'd recommend the staff visit the Chick-Fil-A and McAllisters nearby. I do wish them the absolute best and hope they become a staple in their new Fort Mill home. I will visit this location again, but in the future when the kinks have been worked out and will update the review hoping to give them 5-star :). read more

The food is similar to other Firehouse Subs. My disappointment is the slow service. The staff is preoccupied talking to each other and the cashier is playing with her phone. If you need to get your food quickly, go somewhere else. Also, the parking is sufficient, as this is a retail center, but not convenient for the location of the shop. read more

Terrible! Turkey sandwich was blah. It was a sandwich literally two bites. Quality was poor. Bought two with chips and drinks almost $20. Overpriced. Complained nobody seemed to care. Tried this particular location once before and thought well their new. I will never go back but don't think they will stay in business much longer. read more

Normally I love Firehouse subs but this one I will never go back to. The young man at the counter was rude messed up the order and there was another person before me they messed up her order too. I ordered three subs and two of the three with the wrong order it was okay at best some of their employees need to work on their attitudes. I wouldn't recommend this particular Firehouse Sub and I think I'm done with Firehouse Subs.when we asked for a cups for our soda he said I know I'm going in the back to get it give me a chance that's rude and unprofessional. read more

Have visited this location twice - once soon after they opened and this time a few months later. I assumed they were REALLY slow the first time because they were new. Our family likes their subs so we decided to give them time to figure things out. 2 months later, we visited again. Same story: REALLY SLOW!!!! Horrible customer service!!! I walked into the place and no one spoke or stated "welcome to firehouse". I ordered online so I went up to the register to purchase a bag of chips. One of the employees was on the phone taking an order and another one ( a brunette young lady ) just stood there at a second register and didn't acknowledge me. I stood in front of the cooking area for about 10-12 minutes and two males with brown hair was making the sandwiches. They looked dead at me, made eye contact multiple times, and didn't say a word. After 12 minutes one of the young boys finally said "can I help you?" Seriously?! Did it take 12 minutes to ask that question? I stated I placed an online order and my order should've been ready by now. He says "oh yea, check up there!" And pointed at a cart. I asked "why didn't anyone say anything?" He says, "Oh, sorry about that!"... It was three people standing behind the counter ( one young girl and two males) but no one asked why I was standing there or asked if I was picking up an order. I will never eat at this location again. Please learn to be more attentive to your customers. I work in management and I would never allow my employees to let a customer just stand there and not be acknowledged. As soon as a customer stood in front of the counter it would have immediately been a "how may I help you? Did you place an order online?"
