We stopped here in the late afternoon for a late lunch, so they were not busy at the time. You walk in and order and pay first. The menu is up on the wall. They do have a small kids menu which includes a small sandwich, chips, drink and "treat" ( marshmallow treat). I was charged for the chips but didnt look at my receipt until after we left. I asked for Italian dressing on mine and IF there was any on it, it was so little I could not taste it at all. I was disappointed in the amount of meat in the sandwich, but overall it was ok. Mostly bread, but the bread was good. We had to hunt for a clean table...most of them were dirty. Best thing they have it the cherry limeade....it is now in the machine and not separate like it used to be. I have not been to another Firehouse in awhile, so dont know if the reduction in meat and toppings in for all locations or just this one. We will not be back to this one. read more

Josh Meadows and his team at this store are absolutely amazing. Josh went above and beyond when my father had to have the ambulance called in after a heart attack while at the store. He made sure my mom, wife and kids were taken care of and remade the subs that had gone cold and then made sure my family was ok. A subs a sub sandwich. All are bout same this isn't my favorite, I make subs at home and I recommend it. Subways not on my list anymore something has changed. Make a sub at home with fine sliced deli meats and cheeses. And anything else you can fill it with. read more

Sunday I made a rookie mistake and ordered pick up on the app but chose the wrong location (this one is close to my work but not home!) Monday morning the manager called me, apologized for the inconvenience, and promptly refunded my money. i was impressed with the prompt call and quick action when the mistake was not even their fault. A fast and delicious option for a quick meal. One of our go to's when in a crunch for time or just wanting a sandwich. A nice selection of hot and cold sandwiches. For a fast food place they have a nice couple of TVs always playing sports if you want to stay in the dinning room. This place is good compared to all the local sandwich shops available. Clean and lots of options. Meatballs, are not freshly made and that always bums me out when I order a meatball sub. Whereas they're very good compared to what's available, I grew up with NY delis & fresh bread & when I think sandwich, my minds goes back to that. They're not quite that level. I literally watched an employee leave the restroom and return straight to work. I went to use the restroom and noticed the gift he left behind (if you know what I mean). After I flushed I noticed there was no soap so I could not wash my hands and the employee did not either. You can say maybe he used a back sink (which he didn't) but what is the excuse for not filling the soap for the customers? Is this where we are in todays world? Ordered online bc we have a toddler that hates the car. Ordered at 4 for a 4:20 pick up. Got there at 4:20 and one sub was ready and one was not. It is now 4:30, and one sub is getting cold while the other one is not done. The girl making the sub is cleaning up with the same gloves as the sub heats, cleaning counters and brushing her hands off on her clothes as she touches my sub with the same gloves. Gross and now I'm finally leaving with one supposed to be hot but now cold sub and one hot sub touched with nasty gloves. read more

Pretty standard. If you've been to one Firehouse, you've been to them all. That's ok though. The food is good and the people are usually friendly. I'd highly recommend you double-check every order - especially to-go orders. I've had multiple issues over the past year. Im not talking about forgetting to make a change that was requested (like no mayo). I'm talking about not including a sub in an order of 5 subs - and as soon as I noticed the issue, they refused to fix it because I had left the store and come back in. Absolutely terrible customer service. Manager rude and not helpful. Was in there today. Hoping an owner reaches out to me. Restrooms and floor were disgusting but tried to pick up my order which was a fiasco so I left. Disappointing because we have been going here for about 1 yr.. Ok, the Hook and l=I Ladder is my go to sub from here. I honestly have not tried anything else. The food is ALWAYS fresh and the out of the 6 times I have eaten here, there were usually 2 or more of our local fireman! I love it! The place is new, but the service is fast and always spot on. I used the bathroom there and it was the cleanest bathroom in town! There are TV's to watch while you eat and they have an awesome touch screen Coke machine to get just about ANY flavor you can dream up. read more
