And when she was taking my order, I had to repeat myself NUMEROUS times, which i don't mind that much but for her to proceed to roll her eyes after I told her she forgot something when I already had to repeat myself several times was the height of rudeness, I was very polite the entire time, it's not my fault she doesn't like her job. This Last time I got Wendy's, the frosty I got did not taste right at all. It tasted like expired dairy which has never been the case before, I order the same thing every time I go, spicy nuggets, fries, and a chocolate frosty which has pretty much been my order for years. Usually I've had a pretty decent experience with this Wendy's, but these current employees are clearly lacking training in customer service and sanitation when it comes to the machines. I understand it's Wendy's so it's at the bottom of the fast food chain, but I still expect decent customer service and for them to clean the machines.
