Placing an order using the app was simple. You can track the order on the app as well. Once you get to the store, look for the Rapid Rescue sign to pick up your order. It's pretty efficient and easy. The sandwich was prepared as per the instructions entered in the app, which was greatly appreciated. The sandwiches are packed in individual boxes which is super convenient. Pricing is moderate and will definitely order from here again.

Been going to Firehouse Subs for many years. The subs have been pretty consistent although the service can be anywhere between terrific and appalling. Fortunately, the service was great today. Everyone was nice and friendly. Ordered the Engineer, one of my go-tos. I really like the turkey with sautéed mushrooms with melted swiss. A little lettuce, onion and tomato top it off, with some mayo based sauce. The only problem was in the overabundance of the sauce. It made the sub a slippery mess and was a bit overpowering. It didn't stop me from eating it and it won't keep me from returning. Maybe it will be alright if I ask for the sauce on the side?

4.5 star review rounded down. I was in a rush and usually, when I place a pick up order, it is ready on time at Firehouse Subs. I ordered my standard Smokehouse Beef and Cheddar, some chips and a drink. As I finished my conference call out front, I realized I was 5 minutes late and fearful my order would be cold. NOPE. 10 more minutes, it was finally ready. That's 15 minutes late for the non math types reading. The sandwich was beyond delicious! perfectly toasted bun that is soft and with a slight chewiness. The melt in your mouth meat is silly good! That was one of the best sandwiches ever! Had it been on time,...

In the mode for a sub! Then come here! Where the bread is extra soft and fresh! Toasted perfectly! There are tons of options to choose from! You can go hard with veggies or do a meat overload on your sandwich! Either way its gonna be awesome! There veggies are fresh and they even have mushrooms, which I love! You can select from 2 sizes, medium or large. The large is huge, so come hungry. My favorite is the meatball sub with extra peppers or the steak and mushroom. Its favor is mouthwatering! Feel free to add a bag of chips or fountain drink to wash it down! Plenty of seating at this location. And the staff actually says hello when you walk in the door and also says goodbye when you leave. Once you have placed your order, the staff actually brings your meal to you once its finished cooking. And when you finish eating, they come and pick up your plate! Loved the service here. Store is clean from front to back! I will be back!

Had the meatball sub. It was decent. Too much oregano in the sauce. But it was just ok. Nothing more, nothing less.

Normally, I don't consider people from St. Louis to be credible deli evaluators, but I was desperate and made the hour drive to Grapevine. We got there at 11:15 and the line was nearly to the door. Within 30 minutes, it was well out into the street. That was a promising sign. The sandwich menu covered the entire wall over the counter. Lots of non-New-York sandwiches like Cubans, gyros, etc, but over in the left corner were the classic Ruebens and pastramis. I went for the latter. A REAL NY deli usually has a few soups like split pea and chicken noodle and matzoh. No soups. Bummer. They had a half dozen sides - 3 kinds of potato salads and a few slaws. I went with the German potato salad. The drink option was spartan - they tossed a styrofoam cup at me and pointed to the soda fountain. The pastrami sandwich was OK for Texas. A SUPER pastrami sandwich on hard rye can get me moaning like Meg Ryan in "When Harry Met Sally" -- only I don't have to fake it. The German potato salad was watery and bland - I should have gone with the mustard potato salad. Turnaround was on the slow side. Napkins = paper towel roll on table. Flimsy plasticware. The overall vibe was affordable utilitarian. I'll give the sandwich a 4, everything else a 3. Next time I'll drive the extra half hour to Cindi's.

I've been to this location before, and during this visit I jokingly mentioned that the last time my sandwich was a little light on toppings and asked if I could get a little extra. Instead of responding politely, an employee named Rose' became argumentative and told me I needed to "take it up with corporate." He even commented that the food "must be good because you came back." There was absolutely no reason to argue with a customer over a simple request. If he wasn't authorized to provide extra toppings, a polite explanation or asking a manager to step in would have been the appropriate response. Instead, he came across as arrogant, dismissive, and unprofessional. What makes this even more frustrating is that the rest of the staff at the MacArthur Las Colinas location was friendly, courteous, and genuinely willing to accommodate customers. They provided excellent customer service and deserve recognition for it. Hopefully, Rose' can learn from his coworkers, because his behavior did not reflect the standard the rest of the team set. Customer service is just as important as the food, and no customer should be made to feel like they're being scolded for making a simple request.

Aside from that aspect the actual taste of the Caesar salad was good. 3/5 My daughter had the same issue with the chicken sandwich, she wasn't a fan because of that. The fries are basic, some were crunchy with a soft inside and some were very hard. 2/5 I am not sure we will return as the food is basic for an expensive price. I would suggest they at least offer some type of combo option to include a side and drink.
