It's convenient online ordering system, rewards system, BOGO Tuesday, and quality pizzas make this is a Tuesday staple in my household. My Overall Rating - 4 Stars (Service, Food, Return) Atmosphere - Full disclosure - I've never visted the location in person for pickup, so I'm not sure what the atmosphere is like. If you're like me, you'll order online or over the phone. No Rating. Service - Pro Tip - Visit their website and register an account. Marco's has a great system that tracks your order, has a history of past orders, keeps coupons (no need to remember) and tracks points so you earn rewards. You can also place your order and schedule it for delivery. Their website and mobile apps are identical. 1 Star. Food - Move over *insert every pizza chain here*, because Marco's has become the only place I'll order pizza from. Their Magnifico pizzas use high quality pepperoni that "cups" when heated. I order here at least once a month on Tuesdays when Marco runs a BOGO special. You can also customize your pizza any way you want (crust, sauce, cheese, toppings, etc.). My favorite pie is the Hot Honey Magnifico. Bonus - you can choose your dipping sauce (Garlic butter FTW). 2 Stars. Will I Return? - Yes. I order from Marco's at least once a month. I got a thin crust small pizza with three different types of pepperoni and was missing pizza sauce . I was looking forward to that really flavorful sauce but none at all. Order arrived hot and on time. I ordered the Meat Supremo with a thicker crust. This small personal pizza was really enough for 2! It was made with ham, pepperoni, sausage, bacon, tomato and green pepper. I also ordered the Garden Salad with black olives, red onions,lettuce mix, tomato, green pepper, cheddar cheese and garlic bread croutons which was also big enough for 2. The pizza flavor was outstanding and the crust was delightful! soft, firm and chewy with infusion from the drippings and tomato sauce. The ingredients were all high quality and fresh. The salad ingredients were very fresh, flavorful and colorful. This meal looked very appetizing and was! The pizza arrived piping hot by the same delivery gal as Friday. Some delivery employees from other restaurants act like they hate their jobs, but not this employee. Hopefully she is training others! I'm basic with my pizza. Unless I'm eating halal pizza, I just get a cheese pizza. I used to love Marco's, but in the past year or so it's not been the same. 1. Sometimes we get the crust seasoning, sometimes we don't. We always mark it on our order, but we don't always actually receive it on our pizza. Also, it used to seem more baked into the crust, but now it's just sprinkled after - which is fine, but different. Additionally, I marked "double" on my last order and I'm pretty sure I just got the regular amount. My husband's pizza had none on it even though it was requested. 2. Does my pizza ever actually have pizza sauce? I have no idea. Again, I just get cheese pizza. It's hit or miss on if I can actually see and taste the pizza sauce, but lately it's been more misses. My last large cheese pizza may have just been dry, cheese bread. Visually, I couldn't see a lick of pizza sauce. Couldn't taste it either. Dryyyyy. 3. Dipping sauces. I don't use the dipping sauces (though I've debated getting the pizza sauce dipping sauce since I can't always tell if my pizza actually has pizza sauce on it), but my husband does. Receiving it is also hit or miss so we always have to double check our boxes before we leave the store to make sure they've included the sauce. I used to love my basic Marco's cheese pizza. Now, I'm very much indifferent. My husband still often enjoys his. He gets the specialty bbq chicken, and will sometimes have his issues too (not receiving the crust seasoning, not getting it cut in 12). Maybe I'll start just getting cheezy bread with some pizza dipping sauce and call it a day since that's basically what I'm ended up with (minus the pizza sauce lol). Plus save some money. It used to be so good. Still basic, but so good. We used to order it at least 1-2 times a month. Can't say the same anymore. 4 stars for the past, 1.5 stars for the present. read more

I am indeed glad that this convenient location is here and has a kind and friendly staff! The food is genuinely better than other fast food delivery pizza chains I have eaten my whole life! Where has Marco's been this whole time? I feel like I have been missing out until now lol. What makes this pizza different is that the ingredients taste real and you can tell that they prepare and bake fresh dough. Their marinara is a must have side, for me, so I can do my pizza in . What also sets them apart is the service. A very kind lady named Kat, who appeared to be the manager, was quiet informative and welcoming about my VERY specific and difficult needs either my pizza . Guess what?! Their dough is vegan!!! Haha it's really tough to find a chain that even knows what's in their own dough, let alone employees that know or care. Kat actually showed me herself and it gave me a priceless peace of mind to be able to enjoy their pizza but with no cheese or by putting my own plant based cheese on since they don't have any (wink* get some! WINK WINK*). I know that's extra, but oh well haha! Step outside your Pizza Hut, Domino's, or Little Cesar's comfort zone and try this pizza! I doubt you will regret it! Cant really leave a review when you never receive your order. Was placed just before 10:30pm. Tracker claimed delivery by 11:30pm. So at 11:45 I call. They said only one driver so my order that had been sitting 10m would sit longer until the 1 driver returned. Meaning my order would not be delivered until an hour after being ready. Apparently that was best case scenario. Here we are at midnight- no order. Called the business, automatic we're closed, that starts at midnight- not a second later. So no order almost 2h later. I have ordered from this location maybe twice but never actually been to the store. So via email I received a free one topping pizza for my birthday, so I decided to cash in today since I was already out and about. When i walk in the cashier Kat is assisting a older lady and even offered to take her items to the car due to the amount of items in her hand. I thought wow that was such a sweet gesture. So it's my turn to order and I wanted to add some extra toppings and pay the difference. Kat took my order and I added sausage and mushrooms which ended up being a whopping $2 and some change. Kat asked wasn't it my Birthday and I advised her it was and I received a further discount bringing my total to 21 cents. She told me my pizza would take about 12 minutes to be prepared. When my order was complete another gentleman brought my order out and opened in front of me to ensure it was correct and thanked me for coming in. Oh, Marcos! I finally got a chance to experience you. I have my local faves and it is glad to know this place delivers it up with a lot of variety. I ordered the cheezy bread after reading reviews and seeing the photos. I am not a big tomato sauce fan so the cheese with the bread and garlic is pure perfection. I asked for that with ranch and was told it came with it but got marinara sauce instead. I ended up eating it plain since I really had my heart set on the ranch with my meal. The delivery guy was kind but quite slow and my food ended up being a tad lukewarm. Aside from that I may give this place another try, I think I had higher expectations on the first go round. I do like that they have lower carb options like the pizza bowls with no bread and meatballs. The crust is good but when it is just all rock hard solid bread it turns me off a bit. More toppings, less bread and I'm a happy gal. However if you like BREAD-ey pizza it may be your thing. 3 stars for me. read more

I really wanted to try this pizza, saw the ads on tv, looked good with the cupped pep all over the pizza, so I went in with high hopes.... So when I payed 17$ for a medium pizza I didn't fret much, cause high quality ingredients are more expensive. When I saw the pizza only had 19 pepperonis on it and none were cupped, I still didn't fret cause the kids in the store were probably tired at 9:42pm. After tasting it I can tell u with all confidence, you'd be better off getting a red Barron frozen pizza, it's only 3$ and the taste isn't far off, in my opinion the red barrons sauce is better ! Old world pepperoni and regular pepperoni pizzas were good. Deluxe left me waiting to hear the bells chime, but didnt hear em. It was good, but lacked more flavor. Veggies on it couldve been cooked a bit longer. Buffalo wings were good, but not as spicy as I wouldve thought. They did take forever to get our food out, but they were busy.
