    Medium veggie sub.

First visit after hearing good things. Not bad!! Got the veggie sub minus olives but, everything else. Diet cream soda . I prefer penn station but, I would stop here instead of say, subway. The staff was nice and helpful!!

We came with a large group (20) and the manager and staff busted the orders right out, all with a smile. Great place.

Currently I don't get subs very often, since most of the shops only have tuna or vegetarian…read moreoptions for me, but when I do I usually pick DiBellas. I stopped at the Mayfield store (on SOM Center) to pick up a 5" tuna sub for lunch the next day. I used the online ordering so the sub was ready and I got in and out quickly. DiBella's has a bigger footprint then the usual sup franchise, they have plenty of tables to eat in the store and the decor is a bit better then the competition. I prefer DiBella's for a number of reasons. First I think the bread is better, a bit more substantial with a nice crust and soft inside, the choices are all good, this time I got the everything style bun. Second, the tuna is high quality and well drained which means that the balance of the sub seems better to me. Third, the vegetables are fresh and crisp, with good flavor. Finally I really like having several options in the peppers including making the sub spicy, which is a nice contrast to the tuna. If you are looking for a good high quality sub check out a DiBella's, the food is great, there is good variety, including the option to have your sub grilled, and service is generally good. The Mayfield store is convenient and well run. Give them a try.

Now although I'm not a huge sandwich fan this is one of the best sandwiches I've had in a very long time I definitely would visit this place again if I'm traveling to Ohio or any of the other locations they are at!!! the sandwich was very yummy but the everything bread was really wet set it off. I did not eat at the location so I cannot really comment on their service or what it was like inside but I can tell you that the sandwich is wonderful.

It was like watching a well oiled machine in action. The atmosphere instantly felt nostalgic and brought me right back home to the hustle and bustle of New York City What stood out immediately was the staff. Even though they were incredibly busy, every single person was friendly and took the time to greet customers as they walked through the door. That kind of hospitality is becoming rare these days, and it did not go unnoticed. I also had the pleasure of chatting with the owner, who was an absolute delight. As someone who regularly interacts with business owners, I can confidently say this owner is a gem. Genuine, approachable, and incredibly responsive. qualities that are harder and harder to find these days. The bagels themselves are made fresh every day starting at 4:00 a.m., and they're even cut on-site right in front of you when you order them. You can truly taste the difference! During my visit, I tried the Pizza Bagel with pesto cream cheese paired with The Heights. I also had the Cinnamon Toast Crunch with sweet cream cheese and the OG. Every single one was outstanding. And this next part almost pains me to admit as a lifelong New York bagel loyalist... I think I like JB Bagelry's bagels better than any bagel I've had in New York. Yes, I said it. As someone who has spent years insisting that New York has the best bagels in the world, this was not an easy conclusion to come to. But these bagels are simply that good. In fact, they were so good that we came back the very next day!!!!! If you're anywhere near Cleveland, do yourself a favor and go. JB Bagelry isn't just serving great bagels, it's delivering the kind of experience that keeps people coming back.

Gave great recommendations! The ordering situation was a bit strange because of how small the inside is. Speaking of - there are only about 3 seats facing the window. So not really anyplace to sit down and enjoy your food. They did have one small two-seated table outside which I sat at! Wish there was more space, the food was great but other factors detracted from the experience. I wouldn't make a special trip out, but will definitely stop by for bagels to go if I'm ever in the area! Overall rating: 4.4/5 stars

I've had Penn stations many other places, even though they measure out the meat the same they all do not cook it the same add the same amount of toppings, or even get the toppings, correct this place the food was amazing, there were no banana peppers as requested and the perfect amount of extra mayonnaise. The meat was flavorful and juicy. The cheese was melted. Perfect the French were done to perfection. The lemonade was just a perfect mix of sugar and lemons and water. That's all they use the only thing I didn't care for was the cookie, and one of the attendance asked me what I thought of the cookie and I told her to me I thought the cookie was a bit gritty. She said the manager cooked a cookies I didn't do them, but cookies are all a matter of opinion some people like cookies, a certain way some do not. When I left, it happened to be the manager at the door that said goodbye have a good day, but I can tell in his face he was upset that I didn't like the cookies which most people would find upsetting but I didn't because I knew he took pride and what he baked and again it's all personal opinion someone else might've loved the cookies for the people in there, they were friendly talk to me the whole time I would definitely recommend the place
