I had a slight issue with misinformation(someone onsite telling me I could pick up remaining products that night for a Christian event the following day, not out of malicious intent.. simply just being uninformed about protocol). Mary made sure I was taken care of and even attempted to escalate my concern to the GM. She aims to please and followed the best guideline of all when dealing with a customer in the service industry- aim to hear if anything, whether you can or cannot please. Nonetheless , that changed a negative experience for me into a very positive one. Shows how management can really change the course of someone's review - most certainly did for me!
