Had a wonderful experience here last weekend when I stopped in unplanned for a quick lunch on the go near my Mom's house. I love their turkey sub, but always request no mayo. The spicy mustard is a must. I also always get the wheat bread over white, but honestly both are great and always tastes fresh and soft. I also appreciate their big variety of chip selection for a combo meal, and they even have one of those fancy Coke machines with the endless flavors and options. The staff here is friendly and very on top of things even with the lunch rush chaos as well as all the online to-go orders. They do have a good amount of tables inside if you did want to dine in, and it's also conveniently located in the Target shopping center with a ton of other shops along the way. read more

I love Firehouse subs but this is by far the worse I've ever been to due to slow or non-working staff. It took 25 minutes to get a veggi sub. While I waited with three others I saw two orders get made incorrectly. Mine had the right ingredients but was cold-and was to be hot with grilled veggies. Serious staff training needs to happen. Three staff and only one making subs while the others wandered around not doing anything most of the time. The sub maker was slow but was at least working. I will not be back. The New York Steamer and the hot Italian are ridiculously delicious. Get a large because you're not going to feel satisfied after you bite into these delicious subs. Truly hosed our office order today for 2 people. When I contacted the delivery person she said the bag was stapled close so she didn't open to view what was inside. We got 2 sandwiches and a coke for over $32. Missing 2 bags of chips, plasticware and a brownie I promised my friend. Grubhub refunded chips only. I have never had a pleasant experience with this location. They are unbelievably slow (30+ minutes for one sub). Tonight I decided to place an online order to see if that would be any faster. I arrived 1 minute after my scheduled pickup time and did not see my order on the pickup shelf. I walked over to the order counter and was greeted with a "what's up?" from the young employee. I said that I had a pickup order and she blankly stared at me without a response. The other employee chimed in and said it would be 15 minutes until my order (one sandwich) was ready (15 minutes after my scheduled pickup time). There were 4 other people waiting for their orders ahead of me. This location is also disgustingly dirty. Floors and tables looked like they haven't been cleaned in months. The girl making the sandwiches had her long hair untied and hanging all over the food she was making (isn't there a rule against this?). Safe to say this would be my last time ordering from this location. I understand places are short staffed but the quality of this location and the bad attitudes from the staff aren't worth it. This location has an issue of making a sandwich to order. Place an order with only meat and mayo only and the receipt showed the order correctly. When I got the sandwich home it had tomato, lettuce, and onion. I removed it and ate the sandwich. This happens about third or fourth with them. Compared to other Firehouse locations, I found that the food is more consistent here and staff is more friendly. I almost always get the hot pastrami and it never disappoints. My guest ordered the meatball sub which was on special for $5.55, on Monday's, and she enjoyed it as well. These Subs put Subway and Publix to shame. On my first few visits, food wasn't brought out to the table, but this time it was. Everything was really clean, including the restrooms. Plenty of parking out front too. This is the worst Firehouse Subs i've ever been to. They get my order wrong everytime and are totally disinterested in correcting their mistake. I asked for ranch, onions and banana peppers on my BLT and got none.
