I always have a great experience here. I do order ahead through the app because sandwich places can be slow otherwise as people want different toppings. My sandwich has always been just as ordered when I use the app and it's always ready on time. The meat and toppings are always fresh and tasty and I love their pickles as well. I placed a large catering order for pick up the next day. I got there on time and was told that my order was not done as a matter of fact they hadn't even started the order. I was told that they have a new manager and she doesn't check her emails. They offered to make the order however I didn't have time to wait that was the purpose of me ordering ahead of time especially because it was a large order... To start they have great customer service! I usually get Carrie at the window and she is so sweet and accurate! Sierra is great at the window too! The Subs are delicious. I always get the Turkey Engineer and wow it's good! Got to love the dill pickle they give is awesome!!! I highly recommend this place! read more

I waited in line a long time to place my order. When I got the the window to pay they shoved a machine in my face to leave a tip. For what - It's a drive thru. I have a new policy every time I see one of these machines shoved in my face to leave a tip it's LAST TIME I will ever go to that business. I only tip when I'm served at a sit down restaurant and I tip according to the service provided. I could care less if you are out of business next week and I won't be one bit surprised.... I tried to order online, it wouldn't let me past 8:30 because they close at 9. Called the manager directly and said I would be there 10 minutes before close could I go ahead and order since I knew I was ordering close to them closing, she then told me I could go through the drive through if I got there before close. I was at the Drive through at 8:47, waited for them to take my order and was ignored until 8:55. Went to walk in and the doors were obviously closed. If you can't work 5 minutes past your close time to clean and keep your customers happy- even when they call to verify before hand you don't need to be running a store. It is best to order ahead. I have spent 15 minutes waiting on an order. The app works best and they will usually have it on time. The worst part though, if you are ordering for a group, is they don't mark a single box with what is inside it. If you order 20 sandwiches and you are trying to figure all that out it is very difficult. Not sure why they can't take a few extra seconds to do this. read more

Nothing to do with COVID!! 2nd time my order was wrong. First time male manager was very rude and didn't care to fix the problem. They DO NOT look at the orders. Food is usually great. So is the service, but today was terrible. I called my order in and was told to come and get it. When we got there there was only drive through service. So we got in line. We told them we ordered by phone and they said come to the window. Then they didn't have our order!! Couldn't they have told us when we were at the order kiosk? We just drove away. read more

Over 35 minutes to get two subs to go!! They have two employees on break eating food while everyone else is waiting for the food. Line wrapped around the building with 3 people making drive thru subs and 1 person making subs for inside. Good thing all firehouse subs are not like this. They forgot one of my sandwiches a week ago, I called to place a new order (second chances right, the food is good) I was put on hold for 12.35 minutes!!!! I hung up, called back immediate answer!! Wish I could give zero stars. Normally, Firehouse is pretty good at other locations but this one absolutely sucks. We placed an online order and they got our entire order wrong and left out one of our subs and chips. We had to go inside to wait for the other sub and by the time we got home all of our sandwiches were falling apart from how soggy they were and guess what? THEY WERE STILL WRONG. Definitely don't recommend anyone eating from this location until they get a staff they can actually read order tickets from online. read more

This location is absolutely horrible. I have never had such an experience at firehouse like I did tonight. Arrived at the drive-thru around 7pm, ordered a medium steamer on white, medium club on wheat, small hook & ladder on wheat & a side of Mac and cheese. Upon arriving to the window to pay, I'm informed my order is being refunded because it was lost. No big deal, so I pull forward and wait for my meal. When the bag comes out it's clear I'm missing my small sub so I notify the worker and they bring it out. I did not realize I was also missing the side of mac and cheese. When I get home I realize NONE of the subs are right. Who knows what these are but it looks like I received one correct sub, a medium steamer on white and then somehow ended up with a medium ham and EXTRA Mayo only on white. Poor Management. Poor Service, They are constantly making mistakes even on simple orders. Tonight we waited almost an hour after ordering. No apologies from a manager or the cashier. They had enough people working but they didn't have any guidance or organization. They were out of all kinds of food. Even out of boxes. Horrible service!! We ordered for the first time using the mobile app. We placed an order of 4 subs one of which is a kids meal, with a pick up of 6:20. Husband gets there calls to let them know so they can bring the food out, they take the type of vehicle he Is in and say we will bring it right out. Husband waits for 30 minutes then finally gets fed up and goes inside to see where our food is at. Lobby is empty besides 4 employees sitting down eating and our food was setting on the counter for 30+ minutes. 2 lady's where extremely rude and said idk if that is your food the name is on the bag, they didnt try and rectify the situation offer an apology or anything. Can not say too much good about this location. online ordering is a joke, by the time I got home the entire bottom of sub soaked. don't order oil on the subs. Crew was very friendly with big hug-fest with the people preparing the food. employees lingering around at the order pickup shelf. Masks are supposed to cover your NOSE, especially when handling peoples food. The height of my very extend wait for an online order was a rude employee bumping into me on her was to car that was waiting for her that was BUMPING in the parking lot. she then proceeded to throw out empty sub carton (apparently a frequent patron) right out in the parking lot of the business she works at.
