You order at a counter and pay there. Then you pick up salad plates (if you ordered salad bar) and get your drinks at the self serve beverage bar. After you seat yourselves they bring your prepared meals to you. Everything was good. Nothing was over the top great; but for what it is, it works! Also, they serve potato chips with many of the sandwiches.
