The app said it wasn't ready about 40min after ordering, but when I went in to see what was going on, it was obviously done for a while, sitting there, getting soggy. I had to wave down an employee to see if the soggy food was mine - it was. The guy was super confused and said "How did you order this?" My order of 2 medium subs that I preordered was prepared in a timely manner. The turkey sub had a decent amount of meat but was lacking the extra lettuce that I requested. After a long day of hiking we were looking for some food and were starving. Every restaurant had over an hour wait and were pretty expensive. We landed here and there was no line and no wait. Subs were very good but service was poor, for at least online orders. Being a tourist for the first time at the store I stood behind(underneath) the sign "pick up online orders here". Waited a few minutes and no one acknowledged me. I then I approached one of the guys making subs and I was approached with a very cold "what". I asked about where to pick up the online orders and he said "here". Little that I know after waiting for a few minutes I realized that my food was left on the "online order rack". This Firehouse is not the best one I have been to. Grumpy people/employees. I went to show them my Yelp free cookie offer amd they wanted my phone number. They typed it in twice and said it woukd not go with my Yelp account. Huh? Im confused. First off, I have NEVER had to give out my phone number to any business for a yelp offer. Im not arguing over a free cookie here. I bought 2 of them. They were out of chovolate chip. Very rude here. I wasn't the only Yelper in here either. Never have I visited a sub shop that botched an order as badly as this one. "No mayo" somehow was read by the sandwich maker as "slather every inch with as much mayonnaise as the bread can structurally hold, ensuring nothing in the box is edible". My wife's sandwich, ordered as the menu shows (onions, lettuce, and so forth), was produced as plain as one can imagine: bread, a small amount of ham, and a slice of cheese. The saving grace were the pickle spears. Those were quite good, and deserving of their own star. read more

Spacious seating area featuring 'Firehouse' related decor. After ordering, we received paper cups for our drinks and were directed to choose our chips from the display. Beverages are self-serve, as is the seating. At this point, I was expecting this visit to turn out as just another 'sub-shop'. When our sandwiches were ready, a young man brought them to our table. Stopped in here tonight after a really long day in the sun at Dollywood Splash Country. Just wanted to grab something quick and easy, and this was on our way back to our cabin. The restaurant is very big and we were greeted as soon as we walked in the door. The cashier was super friendly and told us our kids were eating for free because it was Kids Night.
