Love this place! They support first responders and veterans and have pictures and patches up on the walls. I ordered the Fire Alarm Club and a drink. SO GOOD! It's not hot really at all! It is delicious. I got half sub to eat there and half to take home. It was so good, I ate the other half before I got home! I will be back and bring a police patch for the wall! read more

Drove three hours to try this place out and it was definitely worth it. Tried the Italian, Fire Alarm Club and the Spicy Beef and Cheese. The Fire Alarm was my favorite one but the other two were really good. The potato salad was also great. The workers were friendly. Will definitely be eating here again. They provide a really good military discount on Mondays which is much appreciated. read more

Nice family (mostly) operated sandwich shop. I particularly enjoyed the red pepper and Gouda bisque soup. My sandwich was made nicely with good ingredients and flavors. Service was hospitable and the restaurant was exceptionally clean. I found my meal to be satisfying and fair on price but it's always the honoring of first responders and our military that warms your heart about a place. Never forget. read more

Great toppings, unique spot. Phenomenal bread, which in my mind makes or breaks a good sandwich. I got the Italian, which I didn't love, but I could see how others would like it. 7.5/10. My husband and I stopped in at the Dolly Parton location after my doctors appointment, I'd been meaning to go there forever and I really should've!!!! I have a favorite sub place in Knoxville and now I have one in Sevierville! I had the Italian and Mac and cheese for my side I was truly amazing! The sub was beyond delicious and the Mac and cheese was hot and very tasty! The staff was very nice and helpful and it was genuine usually it's forced because it's "part" of the job. I believe they have a couple other locations as well I know there's one in Gatlinburg so whether you're local or a visitor if you want an amazing sandwich that will have you talking about it long after you ate it give them a try! I wish I took a picture before I ate my sub but I was so hungry and it was delicious! My husband and I ordered the Fire Alarm Club. It was amazing. The jam really solidified everything. At first I wasn't sure about stopping here. I just wanted some really good food. Not a plain sub. This sub was far from plain. It was huge. We each got the 10 inch. The bread was focaccia and it was served warm, if I can remember correctly. The service was so friendly as well. I would recommend and I'll be back the next time I come to Gatlinburg. read more

I'm not sure why but I expected this pace to be more of a "hole in the wall" type of location. While it's small, it's in a little strip of businesses and was easy to find. It looked clean and fairly new. I love Reuben sandwiches so that is what I got (to go). I picked Mac and cheese for the side. I also got 2 brownies. Everything was very tasty. The meat in my sandwich was tender and not chewy or fatty. I asked for extra sauerkraut and was happy with the amount on my sandwich. The brownies were really chocolately- not dry though not the super fudgy type either. I liked the chocolate chips in them,' too. I love sandwiches and delis and supporting local spots so I can see myself becoming a regular here. read more

Super good subs! They were moist and had amazing flavor. The service was so nice and attentive, even with it being a quick order and sit down place. There is outdoor seating, which was perfect for our dog to sit with us! The person that took our order even noticed one of us sitting outside with the dog and asked if we wanted a bowl of water. She brought the food out to us and even came back to clean up our baskets. Highly recommend this place! read more

The owner chatted with me about how and why they started this business, they are family owned, and operated, and they care about their customers. And the ambience was incredible too. Looking for great sandwiches and homemade soups while supporting local service men and women, this is your place. I had the Italian sub, which was delicious with focaccia bread and a yummy red pepper Gouda tomato soup. My husband loved his Reuben on pumpernickel bread along with a broccoli and cheddar soup. Small quaint sub shop. We had five of us and subs came out in timely manner. Bread was fresh homemade and meats and veggies fresh. I had the meatball sub with mozzarella and it was awesome. For a side I tried the potato salad which was delicious. Subs came with a dill pickle Recommend 10 out of 10. As a veteran I appreciated the memorials on the wall. read more

Stopped by today and had a nice lunch. I got the Fire Alarm, wife got the turkey, our friends got the chicken salad and the roast beef. All were good and I think we all got the smalls which were just right for lunch. Service was solid....the girl at the register was very helpful since we had never been there before today. Everyone in my office tried this for lunch last week and it was great! I personally had the grilled cheese and a side of white cheddar Mac and Cheese. The grilled cheese was indeed very cheesy, did seem to have a sauce (Mayo?) that was not listed on the ingredients/info, but overall good. The white cheddar Mac and Cheese was very very good, cheesy and great sauce ratio. Extra happy that it was actually elbow shaped pasta! I have eaten a lot of Mac in my time and this was great, which is shocking given most restaurants just serve an over baked, mass made type thing. Only note I would make is to make sure that orders are labeled to tell them apart without rummaging through them for group orders. read more

It was delicious. The quality of the food was wonderful and the prices are extremely good. As good as the food is, the staff is even better. Friendly and welcoming, this staff truly went above and beyond accommodating. They far exceeded expectations in both quality of food, but moreso in the quality of the people there.
