Great spot because it's a Classic sub shop how could you mess that up? Cashier had the biggest attitude, damn near made me regret wanting a sandwich. 1st time in this store. Mask is required to enter store posted on door. Not a fan of the mask. Store had 6 employees behind the counter and approximately 20 customers, all wearing masks, except for a man and his small daughter in front of us. Understandable for the small child but not for the man. No one said anything to him about not wearing a mask. After he finished, we made our order, got our drinks and went to wait for our order. While waiting, another gentleman that wasn't wearing a mask entered the store and went to place an order. He was told that he needed a mask. He got belligerent and told the employees that it was not a law and that he could leave and spend his money elsewhere. The employee taking his order said that it was okay and took his order and allowed him to remain in the waiting area with the rest of the customers that obeyed the mask requirement. If you are going to support the wellness of all of the customers and require a mask - then enforce the rule. The customers who do not want to comply with the requirements should be refused service and told to leave the store. read more

The food is okay here if your looking for a sub. My son likes this place so it is my second visit. Also the second time I've been shocked by the lack of cleanliness in this restaurant. Today, every garbage can was overflowing. This included the one outside the front door. You have to clean your own tables and there is food stuck to the seats. The drink area was atrocious. Splattered with various soft drinks. The floor was particularly dirty. Crumbs everywhere. I pointed this out to my 13 year old and he said "...but the sandwich tasted good". That's why they got two stars. Acknowledgement that a 13 year old thinks the food tastes good. Owner person, you need to "step up" the cleanliness game there. Pretty bad!!! read more

This a sad joke of a place. I love Firehouse Subs in other regions. This one needs some serious management/staffing/training help. I've given them several chances. Always wrong, always cold and soggy, always slow and always ends up in the trash. It's really that bad. The place is filthy and the employees seem miserable to be at work. Someone at the Firehouse Subs corporate office really needs to step in and get this place on track. I would put this location on par with some of the worst truck stop gas station Subways in the middle of nowhere. read more

This is the worst firehouse subs I've ever been to. It was filthy inside and the food was horrible when I got home. I had the barbecue smokehouse beef and cheddar. My wife had the ny steamer. The smokehouse has about half the meat as any other I've gotten from other stores, had unmelted cheese slices that looked like they grabbed right out of the pack of craft cheese, and had no bbq on it. It was essentially a cold beef and mayonnaise sandwich. My wife's sandwich was puny. Hardly had any meat on it at all. Worst part is for this crap we spent nearly $30. We will never go back there and from reading other reviews you can tell these rich little prosper kids that work there really don't need a job. I tried to go online to let them know about my experience but you need a 16 digit code that is supposed to be on the receipt. They cut off the receipt right above where that number is supposed to be. I promised not to return after this location charged me for a sandwich they never provided. I reached out to them twice as well as corporate with no response. I place a to go order. They have yet to start and it is time to pick up. The floor is sticky from the soda machine. This time I will follow my advice. Stay away from this poorly run restaurant. read more

I walk in at 1:15pm on a Saturday to order myself one sandwhich to go and they say it'll take at least 25 minutes?! What about this is fast food?! I'm usually a fan or Firehouse but I went to this location today, and who I assume was the manager told me I had to wear a face diaper. I asked if they had any and I'd put one on and and he said he didn't. If you're going to make people wear a dumb face diaper, at least be ready to provide one. I told him I had a medical condition so I could get my sandwich. Super wet and soggy and it only had 1 of the 2 meats it's supposed to come with. Very disappointed. read more

Excellent service and delicious food! I'm a fan of steak and cheese subs and they hit it on the spot. The restaurant is also very clean and their hot sauces get HOT. My husband had tears coming out of his eyes with a #9! We would definitely eat here again C: thank you! read more

Got my sandwich to go and there was no pickle. Did not notice until I got home. Apparently they are going cheap or lazy on us!

Put in my order online and when I went in to pick it up it still took them ten more minutes to get it to me. This is a very poorly run franchise. Also, the employees who told some other customers to leave because they had no masks on had their own masks below their noses while making the sandwiches so not sure what the point was except maybe laziness for not wanting more patrons. read more

If you want a great sub and Texas size service look no further. I unapologetically admit, firehouse is my favorite sub but what separates this store is the staff. I arrived five minutes before closing and hungry for my first visit to this location...with a simple smile, the manager said, " no problem, what would you like". First of all, whomever is the owner of this location either needs to station themselves here 24/7 or close and sell to someone who will take care of it. If things keep up as I saw last night, this location will be closed within 6 months tops. This location is BRAND NEW and was completely FILTHY!! My husband and I went to eat dinner around 6:45 pm last night, and there were piles of debris swept into piles all over the restaurant like no one finished the job. There were 6 employees standing around on phones and talking- no one was cleaning. It's so dirty. Looks like it is a 20 year old place. Disappointing and sad. I've been in more established places that look cleaner than this. Not efficient, either. At 645 pm, they were completely out of tea and when I asked them to make some, they said "we will just be dumping it out in a while," and didn't make any. I would HIGHLY suggest going elsewhere. I was was so excited when Firehouse was coming to our neighborhood but that excitement left within the first couple of weeks opening. Its never clean. I have been at all different times and have given it many chances but it hasn't changed. I don't think this management knows what clean is. I haven't been there once that tables and floor don't need to be attended too. I now always get my food to go because I am bothered by it. If I have time I will sometimes drive to Main street or to my favorite location on Preston down by the mall because I am shocked by the way it's kept. I went one time and they were filling the pickle in the bags on the to go table and had left it open and unattended too. I was shocked and just walked out and I haven't eaten a pickle since from there since. I am so disappointed. my favorite Firehouse is on Preston down towards the Mall. It's so clean, friendly and I have never felt like I didn't want to go back maybe that manager needs to help this store in how to keep things clean and friendly. read more
