The sandwich was phenomenal. It gave me a slight Panera Bread vibe, but somehow managed to be even better. The mac and cheese was absolutely amazing with the perfect amount of flavor and trust me I know good mac and cheese. The broccoli cheddar soup was exactly what I needed in the freezing cold weather. It was creamy, comforting, and delicious. On top of that, the aesthetics Potbelly has on their menu and overall presentation give the ambiance a solid 10 out of 10. My food was delivered with super fast service through DoorDash, and my soup was still hot when it arrived, which is always a win. I ordered the chicken club sandwich, and it was fabulous. I ordered two subs in bowl form and the rather ample bowl containers didn't hold enough food to cover even the bottom of the container. I wish i had taken a picture of it to show the paltry amount that was in these containers. I honestly thought it was some kind of joke. I've ordered bowls from other places and it's always overflowing with food. I spent 40 dollars on a few fork full of food and 2 brownies which were actually good I will say. I have never been so ripped off by any other food server ever. to top it off the delivery lady saw me struggle to get my food off the far end of the porch and did nothing to offer help.
