I ordered fries, jalapeno poppers and chicken fingers today via Arby's app.. It was only about 2 minutes after placing my order that I went inside the store and picked up my order (since I was parked right infront of the store already).. The only thing that was obviously cooked fresh from the fryer were the jalapeno poppers.. The fries that I paid for AND the fries that came free as a promo were BURNT obviously just sitting under the heat lamp for a long time waiting for someone to place an order for them.. Unacceptable.. I work in the restaurant too but will NEVER EVER serve a paying costumer this kind of food.. SMH read more

Avoid this location! Inconsistent service, slow, late online orders, RUDE SERVICE! Food is typically lukewarm at best. The AMBIANCE...LOUD, RUDE, WORKERS! Last time, I received a CUP WITH MOLD AROUND THE RIM, WORKER HUFFED AND WAITED TO DISPOSE OF IT TO REFILL. FINAL INSULT was a completely rude worker telling me multiple times that my online order was not on the board. She repeated herself at least 20 tines in just a few minutes and then, when I asked for a manager, she got a person who rolled her eyes at me and looked disinterested in accepting blame for anything. The manager never even let me say anything, just snatched the receipt from the counter, while the worker kept repeating herself that I felt her service was lacking. Do yourself a favor and avoid this location because they do what they want here...Which is nothing. Oh and if Arby's corporate reads reviews...I also witnessed them have a drive thru customer backup to reset their timer...Sure must be a lot of vacant orders at this location doing shortcuts to get better service scores? read more

Dear Arby's, I just want to give a HUGE shout out to your employees at this location! I frequent this location about once a month and just want to say that you guys came to my rescue today. I had ordered a steak dinner from Texas Roadhouse only to find out that they had no Au Jus to go with it because they only have Au jus on days when they have prime rib. Today was not that day. I literally like to dip each bite of my steak. On the fly to pick up my carry out ( Covid-19 style) I was getting ready to pass your location and remembered your French Dip sandwich... one of my faves! I quickly pulled in to the drive thru which was about 7 cars deep since lobbies are still closed. I waited patiently until I got to the speaker and then ordered my side French Dip Au jus. The guy was super friendly and asked me if that was all. It was since I was on the way to pick up my steak. He told me to pull forward. There were about 4 cars until I could get to the window. Literally not even a minute later a lovely lady came walking out the front door with a small bag to my Jeep. She told me here was more order and that she brought it out so I wouldn't have to wait. Shocked I said thank you so much and what do I owe you? She simply replied back, no charge, you're all set. That was super awesome and I really just wanted to let you know how much I appreciated them going out of their way for something they didn't even ask me to pay for. The team rocks!!! Arby's - Fast Food Near Me - Madison Heights, Michigan

I haven't been to an Arby's in years but my son wanted to go there for the Happy Hour special. Everything was a buck so I couldn't be happier. LOL. I ended up getting the chicken sliders and I have to say they were pretty good. The were a little dry considering the only thing on them is cheese but the chicken was done right and the buns were great. I will go again but bring them home and put lettuce and tomato on them. "I'm so hungry I could eat at Arby's." Ok, now that I've got that out of the way... Arby's on general principle is a 2 star fast food establishment at best. But I think this particular location is my personal favorite Arby's. It's right smack dab in the middle of the Fast Food Mecca of 12/Dequindre so there is certainly no shortage of competition in the area. Yet I find myself returning here time after time, with Del Taco being the only place possibly more frequented. The lines are never long here, they never mess up my order, the place is kept clean, the dining room is spacious, the food is generally palatable and sometimes even bears a slight resemblance to the adverts on the windows, and most of all the staff is super friendly and helpful. A good example of this (one of many) would be the guy who was changing the bag in one of the dining room garbages while I was on my way out today. He dropped what he was doing (literally) as I walked by to look me in the eye and ask me how I enjoyed my meal in a completely authentic and non-invasive way. Not sure who does the customer service training here, or the hiring, but I am a huge cynic and always find myself pleasantly surprised by the employees at this store. Not the sort of thing I typically care about or notice but it is so atypical in the fast food world that it really stands out here. Finally, any FF lobby with Arby Sauce and Honey Mustard on a hand pump is A.O.K. in my book. High marks for that one. Arbys has a really good smokehouse brisket which I get every time. With so many fast food places taking longer and longer for drive thru orders this location is always quick to get through the line and it is perfect when you are in a hurry to get somewhere and need some food. read more

OMG! My sister and I had a day of shopping we were exhausted, tired and hot. We pulled up into the drive-thru line. We wanted something quick, fast, hot and delicious and that is exactly what we got from this Arby's. They were kind, polte, fast and delicious. Oh and we had a thick shake that was awesome. I'd give them four out of five stars because they do have good fries but the chicken wasn't the best but it was okay. Their moca shakes and cookies are great, I'd eat them every day if I could. I usually get their roast beef sandwiches as well, and those are usually prepared fairly well. read more

I frequent this Arby's and normally receive both good food and good service. Tonight however the service was terrible! I ordered a salad and asked for no tomato. Something I do regularly, tonight I was told by Jenny that I could not get a salad without tomato because they had already made them up and would not make a "special" one for me. So I ordered a sandwich instead. Not what a diabetic should be eating! When I pulled around to the window Jenny took my card and swiped while my bag of food sat in the open window. She handed me my card then walked to the soda fountain and continued to take the next customers order and fill beverages for several minutes while my order continued to sit complete and ready in the open window.
