To be fair , it was right at lunch time. & it was busy inside , but we got our sandwich's pretty quickly , & was able to find a table by the time we got our food. After waiting another 15 minutes for the salad, we finally caught a server and explicitly asked to cancel it. 10 minutes after canceling, the server brought the salad out anyway, saying it was on the house. By that point, we were already finished with our meal and turned it away. Kitchens get busy, and guests understand that. But setting expectations upfront ("Hey folks, the kitchen is backed up about 30 minutes today") or proactively offering a small courtesy early on would have changed everything. Leaving guests in the dark, ignoring a cancellation, and then offering an unwanted item at the very end isn't good service. I'm normally a generous tipper, and frankly, a tip wasn't deserved here at all. I left $2.00 strictly out of habit, but the front-of-house service severely let down what was otherwise a great meal from the kitchen.

Our kids seem fine but they also only shared a keikei burger and said they didn't like it so they didn't finish their meal. They probably only ate a quarter of the burger each and some fries. We rarely eat out and this was a splurge for us, I'm also pregnant and food poisoning can be super dangerous for a pregnancy so I'm super worried. Overall just sad and disappointed.

We were travelling home and were craving a sandwich, when we saw that firehouse subs were the only thing open we had no other choice. We ordered 3 sandwiches and 1 thing of mac n cheese. After waiting at least 20 minutes, even with nobody else waiting for food, we were getting pretty annoyed. Looked like 4 teenage boys working with zero agency to get anything made quickly. After they called our name we noticed we were missing the mac n cheese and ALL 3 of our sandwiches were made incorrectly missing half the ingredients we asked for. Also tasted horrible. We went up to the counter and asked for the mac n cheese and they claimed "it was not ready yet" being understanding, we went and ate the rest of our gross food. Before leaving I went up to the counter again asking if the mac n cheese was finished and one worker said "probably a few more minutes" and the other worker quickly got it and put it in a cup almost as if he forgot about it. We will never come back to firehouse subs let alone this location. read more

I would recommend this Firehouse Subs to any one i have ever talked to, everything ran so smoothly! All your staff were just on top of everything. The two staff members that really stuck out to me were this blonde haired girl and this dark haired girl i didn't get their names but they were so nice and so friendly. They were always working which is a lot more than i can say for the blonde haired boy, he is my only complaint. The whole time i was there he was sitting at a table and eating a sub while the girls did all the work. Besides that i had a great time THANK YOU SO MUCH!!! read more

I try and come here once a week, so I thought I would give it a review. Staff is friendly, the place is clean, and the food is top notch! Always Always happy with my meal when I come to this Firehouse Subs! Thank you! My favorite sub is the Turkey Bacon Ranch, but the Italian and brisket are great too! Not a bad sub in that place. First timer here at firehouse, and I am sold. The hook and ladder sandwich was excellent. The heated meat on the toasted bun is a super good combo and I don't know what part taste the best really, but all together it was superb. Definitely recommend a firehouse sub.
