Customer service should be key to any restaurant. Why did it take over a half hour for these three today to answer a phone call. I made it to the restaurant before my call had even been answered AS I WAS PULLING IN! I had thought maybe they were slammed haha not even close. Not to mention when the guy finally answered you could barely make out the words "could I help you?" What happened to every purchase asking if we'd like to round out to help our first responders? Did firehouse lose its mission?? I don't think I will return to this location as this is the third time in a row the customer service aspect is lacking. There were five people working behind the counter and we were the only customers picking up an order, yet they still managed to get all of our sandwiches wrong. Bummertown. We ordered online and picked up in-person. I wanted grilled chicken with provolone and the works, but no tomato or mustard. It came with tomato, mustard, and no provolone. The provolone mysteriously migrated to my dad's sandwich, on which he did not request cheese. My mom asked for no mayo, and got mayo. And none of us got the pickles we were supposed to. Two stars instead of one because everything tasted fine, after we traded ingredients or picked off what we didn't want. My first and last time eating here! I got a roast beef sandwich with just a few thin shaved slice of roast beef and tons of lettuce. Do yourself a favor and go to Subway were they actually put enough meat on their sandwiches. The salad was good. The dressing was good. As I walked in there was so much trash in the parking lot, the sidewalk and the patio that I said something to the cashier. I waited 15 minutes for my food and no one went out to clean up their outside area. They were not busy so I'm not sure why they want to have that mess be someone's first impression of their business. Please refrain from using the restrooms here. Especially before you eat. The toilets are protected by cypher locks on the doors, the worker gave me a code that didn't work, when you get inside it's just plain dirty. The toilet seat is broke off the toilet and just sitting on the rim of the bowl, there is toilet paper (used) on the floor, wrapped around the plumbing, and the sink is barely hanging on the wall. I come here once awhile for a quick lunch. Today I ordered a salad a few minutes after 12:00. I was prepared for a long wait since all eateries are experiencing delays since COVID. I was waiting patiently for my order. Wasn't upset or in a rush nor did I think it had been a long time. One of the employees told me they were waiting on lettuce, apologized and provided a coupon for a free sub on my next visit! Wow! Talk about excellent customer service. Awful, awful, awful! Ordered takeout sandwiches with mayo on the side. They looked like they had been sitting in rack for a couple of weeks. Limp, soggy and slathered with mayo which had begun to separate. The meat tasted of nothing but salt and there was very little of it. Since I posted the above, the manager has commented that this is not typical of their service and hopes I try again? Why? I already gambled the price of a sandwich and had to throw it away. There is no offer of even a discount on a next purchase. But I am urged to come in and take another chance on my nickel. The customer service is great for one, we had kyle as our last person and he was very kind and polite. The sandwich (italian) was pretty good, and we got 2 large subs with combos that filled us up for lunch and dinner for $20... you only save 2 dollars to go to subway to eat there versions of these subs, and you spend your money with a company whose going to use it positively. read more

It was awkward ordering and even though I was very clear they got my sandwich order wrong. I watched the girl behind the counter make my sandwich and she was struggling. I could tell it was her first day and she had no clue of what she was doing. The manager that was responsible for training needs to step it up a notch. My experience at FireHouse Subs was superb! Right when I walked in the counter person greeted me with a cheerful smile. He had such a great personality and he made my ordering experience outstanding. I ordered a tuna sub on white bread and the only problem I encountered was sandwich overflow! I can't express how satisfied I was with my experience here, I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a good sandwich/ sub. FireHouse also has lighter options like wheat bread and salads, and subs under 500 calories, and of course kid's menu options. There is truly something for everybody here.
