After a long day of driving we stopped to spend the night in Santa Fe. We were hoping to just grab some food to bring back to our hotel and relax a bit. We placed an order online and when my daughter went in to pick it up the employee told her that he "cancelled the order," and "I don't make enough money so I'm leaving." As we were pulling into a parking space one of the workers came out and moved his little orange car because the spaces are small and we were in a big suv. We walked into the restaurant, the other worker was going to take our order and orange car guy comes in, put on gloves without washing his hands and while he's waiting on us to place our order he is giving us dirty looks. I turned to one of my sisters and told her I didn't want to eat there because I didn't like the way he was staring at us. My sisters agreed and we left. On our way out, he confronted us yelling something about we didn't have to leave because it's not like he was going to do anything to our food and he went on and on. My youngest sister chose to argue back then the middle sister joined and I started to follow them out of the store when he said something to me- I have no idea what he said because I don't hear very well but I turned around and told him "I love you, have a nice evening", threw a not so nice hand sign at him and we left. I didn't notice any details about the restaurant because I was upset when I walked in however, a nice young man came to the register to take our order and all seemed well until orange car guy walked behind the counter. My sandwich is often made wrong when I say No Mayo At the drive through. Today I went in to order. Ordered from manager. I get home @11 miles. I cut the sandwich in half, took two bites. I ordered an Italian night sub 3x yes I went 3x to see if I was insane they kept making me the Vito Then the worker told me the same people that own BBW and Sonic bought JJ which makes sense also the vinaigrette dressing they had for the club. They no longer make with vinegar and oil. It's some nasty creamy white sauce used in replacement of saving money, which is disgusting. We were going to try Jimmy Johns and the kid behind the counter gave us the stink eye saying we tried to run over him when we were parking. He also went outside after we were inside thinking about what we wanted to eat and told other customers that we didn't know how to park. This kid needs a reality check. He's getting paid to chase customers away. He also yelled at us as we were leaving-- we responded I'm ashamed to say -- but he was totally inappropriate. This kid does NOT RESPECT his elders. Lots of negative reviews here about a year ago I see, but I was in just the other day for a sandwich and I got it fast, and made correctly. So maybe they had some past issues with employees but if so they've sorted it out. The guy behind the counter was very respectful. The dining area was clean, and the mens room was spotless. I had purchased a sandwich on July 20th after 8:00 p.m.. by 10:00 to 9:00. I had heard nothing. They had taken my payment and so I called the facility and they never responded. One of the worst places you can try to get food. Employees cannot charge for items correctly, cannot figure out how to use the POS, and cannot make sandwiches correctly. I have been to this location 7 times over the last month hoping it would change my mind, and have not gotten the right sandwich a single time. I cannot claim my rewards as the employees swear that it "won't work." I have managed and worked at another JJ location for about 3 years. It is not that hard to do this job. Every employee that works here should be fired and the store should start fresh. There is never a line, never a rush, and yet making one extremely basic sandwich is just too damn hard for a single employee here. Avoid this location if you want a reasonable experience. read more

Gary is the best person I've ever spoken to in my life, and I think he should be promoted. He was very informative about the menu, willing to engage, and very friendly. In the last month this place has gone totally bonkers. On FOUR separate occasions I have received oddly incorrect sandwiches- on one occasion I went back and asked for it to be fixed: was supposed to be a simple ham, cheese, and pickle sandwich, had all the veggies and mayo on it- no worries mistakes happen! He remade it- and when we opened it at home it was a TURKEY sandwich... with all the toppings. This has happened three more times with various weird mistakes- forgetting toppings, adding other odd toppings (extra, extra onions anyone?). I LOVE the food here but it's not even worth it anymore. Had the worst experience with Jimmy John's. Worst customer service from superviser Bo Wickstrom. After 45 min of not receiving my order I called and was told by "Bo" that we would just have to wait it out! "Just deal with it, that's how it goes!" So unbelievably excited Santa Fe now has a Jimmy Johns! I highly recommend their delicious sandwiches especially if you are on a time crunch. This location is a tad small but I can see them easily expanding in the future. You may also call ahead to have your order ready when you arrive or order online. They do offer delivery but their delivery zone is not that large. My personal favorite subs are #4 and #12 and you can customize them of course. The only thing this branch loses points on is they don't have the same fountain drink selection as the others, meaning I can't get the Cherry Coke I usually enjoy with my Jimmy John's subs. I would go here every day if I worked closer to their location. Try a pickle too! read more

Jimmy John's says they deliver in a 7 mile radius I live 2.3 miles from them they won't deliver to me.

From the start I was a fan of Jimmy Johns on Zafarano , but after approximately 25 to 30 visits I realized that my business was completely unappreciated. I would eat there about twice a week until I realized that i was never acknowledged as a customer. I found the employees to be completely disconnected from customer service entirely. Exclusively having private conversations among themselves, like a private sandwich club atmosphere for only those in the know. Eating in or taking out, the result was always the same. It just plain weird when you go into a place often and you are treated like you walked in off the street asking for a free meal. Bottom Line: If you consistently went into the into the same restaurant, and you where not treated as a regular customer you would never go back. The same applies here. read more
