I guess Domino's is contracting out their phone orders to out-of-town/out-of-country because the woman taking my order has trouble with the delivery address street name (it was Spanish). I called the store and explained to them the situation and they told me that there is nothing they could do to help me. I respectfully asked for a refund and was told they can't just go handing out refunds to everyone who asks. So then I proceeded to ask if I could get a pizza to replace the one that I got because it was smashed and had toppings on it that I did not order. I was then told no as they did not believe that my pizza was smashed. Quick! taste great! walked in and i was greeted. Place was nice and clean, i have no complaints.

Always poor service and mediocre food. Today was a great cluster. Called for lunch around noon, ordered online and it says 45 minutes. We ordered and get the always weird recap call and they say it is over an hour and a half wait, ok so we cancel and eat at home. We order again around 5:30pm, this time the recap call says they don't have a medium ($5.99) in our crust choice but they do have the large which is $14.99. We ask can't you just turn it into a medium by using less dough or just send the large at the price we paid since the app said it was available and we already paid. You would of thought we asked if he could turn water in to wine. He also said he doesn't control the Internet so it is not their fault. So after two attempts to order crappy pizza we gave up. In the past they wouldn't leave our house even after we signed and they handled the food to us because the card holder had to come and speak to the driver, the card holder was upstairs and recovering from surgery so couldn't walk down the stairs for a meet and greet. We explained this and offered them to come speak to him inside, they refused and stayed out front until we handed the boxes back. Keep in mind this was after we have had a few orders delivered using the same card with no problems so a stolen card or charge back was a remote chance. Looks like they finally gave up on the BS call after ordering online which is a positive. Making of the food seems not not gotten any better. Missing sauces, wrong type of crust, different type of drinks the list goes on. Why not give a bucket of sauces to the drivers so they can correct that problem? A few cents of sauces would stop drivers from going all the way back to the store and customers orders from getting cold. The last order the manager did take responsibility and refunded some of the money which was nice. read more
