Terrible customer service. I came in with the T-Mobile Tuesday offer, and I had asked if I could redeem my father's offer as well. My father was sitting in the car- mind you, he hurt his leg earlier in the day and he had trouble walking. Now I understand if the person redeeming the offer needs to be present, but the "manager", Roshni, said no in a very rude way. Honestly it was embarrassing. As a manager, you should know not to be rude with customers that are not even arguing with you. Unfortunately, this wasn't the end. Somehow, I was given a veggie sandwich (even though I even said at the beginning all of the sandwiches would be tuna and repeated it multiple times between each order). The manager tried arguing with me claiming that I ordered a veggie. I honestly didn't, and the audacity of her to claim that I did left me appalled. She even rolled her eyes at me, and said out loud, " I am not making another tuna sandwich". This was absolutely ridiculous. I tried being as nice as possible, and I was still met with terrible service. This is just not the way to treat customers. I understand it was a busy day for the store (as the manager said even though there were a total of 3 other customers behind us) , but my whole family has decided that we will not be giving firehouse subs another try. There are better sandwich places with much better service (aka not accusing a customer). read more

Two visits here. The first time I tried the New York Steamer, cause I love corned beef and this was a great sandwich. Full of flavor and just the right size. On my second visit I decided on the Steak & Cheese. It did not meet my expectations unfortunately. I ordered it with provolone, light mayo, onions, bell peppers, and no mustard. The veggies were quite thick and I usually like a thin slice that enhances the meat instead of overpowering it. I ended up picking out most of it and hardly tasted the cheese. They do have the coke machine with all the flavors you can add which is always a plus for me. Overall I do like this place as an option for hot sandwiches and will be back to try some other varieties. Oh yeah and I did get my free drink with yelp check-in!! read more

I really hate giving bad reviews..... Same great samich but OMG the place is not a good representation of FHS. They didn't ask me round up to the nearest $. There was a lady in the place visiting the manager who had a kid totally out of control running around screaming, running in to a customer that was already highly irritated at the noise and e mother just kept talking to the employees. Then one young employee starts chasing the kid around the restaurant making it worse. People and their kids having no respect for the business that they are visiting. The place was filthy but they were 45 mins from closing so I'm sure they were going to clean up after close. Not a good experience at all...... read more

Still THE best sandwich shop ever. They never disappoint....I am a sandwich snob so I know! I cant even entertain eating a subway sammy without laughing out loud. My grandson visited from Pittsburgh this summer and still asks if I can send him a firehouse sub in the mail. So worth it. These sammies rock but the employees are hard to beat. Best subs in Sugar Land! Try the NY steamer - so good! I've driven by this place so many times, but I've never taken the time to stop by until now. Great warm, chewy bread filled with hot, moist, tender meats smothered with melted cheese. You can't go wrong with that. Let me start by saying that if there's an option to give zero stars, I would gladly do so. This was my first time here and it would definitely be my last. We placed our order for 4 subs for dine in. 2 of the subs came out 20 min later but the last 2 never came. I went to ask the employee and they said they forgot and will make it immediately. 10 minutes later one of the subs came but we still have to wait for the last sub. By this time everyone that ordered after us already received their subs and most have already left. 40 minutes from the time I placed my order and I'm still waiting in the last sub. I got fed up with waiting and went to speak to the manager (she was dragging her feet). She basically told me that it was my fault that the order took so long to come out because I told her employees that I already received my order and that was what caused the confusion. And since it will be my last time coming here, she doesn't need to deal with me. I've gotten no apology from her whatsoever. She refunded my order (with plenty of attitude). My girlfriend and I have tried to eat at this place multiple times. The sandwiches are definitely good, unfortunately the staff is terrible. Both times we ate in, they got our orders wrong, and the first time we ate in, they corrected the order, and it was still wrong and they had to make them a third time. The 3 times we ordered online so we could pick our sandwhiches up and go they hadn't made the orders and were even surprised to find out that an online order had been made. The third time, they didn't even offer to go ahead and make them, one employee said "uh oh" and went to the back, the other one just looked at us. I think we're probably done trying to go to this particular Firehouse Subs, we'll probably go to a different one, the sandwhiches are great, the staff at this establishment is terrible. read more
