What really stood out was the fireplace and TV setup in the middle, which gives the place a cozy, lounge-like feel. Definitely not the Subway experience I was expecting. As for the sandwich itself--it was pretty mediocre. Nothing bad, but nothing memorable either. The quality was just average and didn't really stand out.

We found that the Mix & Match Manager's Special option was perfect. Two of us enjoyed the half Caprese Panini sandwich with chips and fresh fruit. The fruit comes with a dipping sauce, but it didn't need it since the fruit was very sweet. My daughter enjoyed her Mix & Match with the half Chicken Caprese Panini sandwich with chips and a cup of chicken noodle soup. We're definitely keeping Jason's Deli on our list of great places to eat!

By the time I received them, they were a soggy, wet pile of fries with zero crisp left. As for the sub itself, it was about 90% bread and maybe 10% actual filling. It took three hard, crusty bites before I even reached any meat--and when I did, the flavor was disappointing and lackluster. Definitely not what I expected from a place known for subs. Their "Italian dressing" is really just a ton of oil with a tiny splash of vinegar. They should just call it what it is instead of something misleading. To top it off, I had to ask someone to wipe the table before sitting because it wasn't cleaned. Overall, this visit was a miss from start to finish. The chicken itself can get quite chewy and hard to bite. The sauce is OK at best. The fries leave a little to be desired. The spiciness levels are very noticeable when requested at high volumes. I like that they offer slices of pickles with everything you order. The bread isn't too bad, as long as it's not soggy. When you order one of the Mozzarella Cheese Planks, they give it to you in a little box with a cup of sauce, a slice of bread, and a couple of pickles. I was not expecting it to have such a presentation and I have to admit, the charming nature of it almost brought a tear to my eye. It was just about the cutest damn thing I've seen in a long time. I mean, who thinks enough to do that!? Just pure thoughtfulness, that's what it was! It is VERY loud inside and the music choices aren't great. The interior is very flashy and riddled with graffiti-styled "Art". The one on Battlefield is a little better food-wise, I have to say. Which is disappointing. Maybe I'll give this one another try in the future. I still feel bad for the giant inflatable chicken that fell over in the parking lot that night. In this case, both of us just had water, though I had mine with lemon in it. After the drinks came, she asked if we were ready to order, but we weren't quite ready since it was the first time here for us. After several minutes passed, she came back and we were finally ready to order. My mom ordered the Egg Salad Sandwich and I ordered the Chipotle Chicken Panini. Both sandwiches came with their housemade chips. After about ten minutes or so, the food came out to the table. Both food items looked really good. The Chipotle Chicken Panini was hot and flavorful. It did pack some spice, but not too much. The homemade chips were good and crispy too, just the way I like them. My mom really liked the Egg Salad Sandwich and the chips too.
